Pristine two bedroom garden apartment, gourmet kitchen and wireless internet.

Our ground floor, two bedroom condo includes a roomy 1200 square foot space plus 270 square feet of wrap around covered porch all set in a beautiful private, shaded corner of the property. A great place to entertain, enjoy your favorite beverage, read a book or just relax.

The kitchen includes almost anything a chef would ask for, granite counters, new stainless appliances, very complete set of pots and pans, utensils, baking pans and dishes. It includes a high speed blender for the smoothy lovers, a food processor, coffee pot and bean grinder and some basic spices.

You will enjoy wood and tile flooring accented by two beautiful oriental rugs in the living area and carpet in the bedrooms. All windows are horizontal sliders covered with plantation shutters. Both bathrooms have tubs and shower with walk in closets. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds and flat screen TVs. The living room also has a 50 inch smart TV. Xfinity programming is available and wireless internet.The laundry room has full sized washer and dryer. There is one assigned parking space which is convenient to the front door and there is also ample visitor parking.

The community also features a beautiful full sized and private pool and well equipped workout center.

Downtown Stuart is a very charming place to get a meal or just stroll and window shop. You have a wonderful variety of restaurants, galleries and the wonderful, historic Lyric Theater which features theatrical plays and well known live entertainers.

Known as the "Sailfish Capitol of the World" the Atlantic coast and St Lucie River city is located along Florida's renowned Treasure Coast, north of the Palm Beaches and south of Vero Beach. You can enjoy world class fishing, the Hutchinson Island beaches or great golf at one of many fine golf courses. The Stuart "Green Market" and live music event is held every Sunday from 9am till 11pm near city hall on the banks of the St Lucie river and its beautiful river boardwalk.

And don't miss the Heritage Museum, Road to Victory Museum, the Elliott Museum and House of Refuge at Gilbert"s Bar on Hutchinson Island.

We prefer to rent for three months or more during the winter months. We will rent for December, January or February, March .

Beautiful condo in a wonderful city

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Stuart. Lots of beach time out on Hutchison Island, plus a quiet pool within the condo development. Great downtown with shopping and eating, and many more restaurants throughout the area. Our communication with Ed was always prompt, and we plan to return for another stay at some point. Thumbs up from us!

Perfect location...

This was a great location. Relocated from Ohio to start a new job. Stayed little over two months. The property was very clean, comfortable and a perfect location. The patio overlooking the lake and fountain was most relaxing after a long day. The apartment was conveniently located in Stuart just 5-15 minutes from the beaches and shopping. The owner responded to all my inquires within a few hours, which was appreciated. Definitely recommend if you are visiting for a couple weeks or for long stay.

If I knew then what I know now!

Beautiful place with a very responsive owner but…….there were issues. The property replaced the roof during my stay! The noise was ongoing for weeks! The upstairs neighbor had a dog that barked nonstop for hours on end and at all hours! I complained- it improved but still happened often! Same neighbor was a heavy pot user and the smell would seep into my rental. Also the rental was on a main street with lot of vehicles. The noise was constant!

The condo was WONDERFUL and in a perfect location in beautiful Stuart, Florida

This was a very well appointed property with special extra touches which were appreciated.

The owner was excellent if we needed something but left us alone when we didn’t. The property has a lovely front porch, which we used extensively. The development is small and well kept. Excellent location in close proximity to shopping, downtown Stuart, restaurants, I-95, FL Turnpike, library, hospital and beaches.

Exprertly appointed, clean and comfortable. Central location, very convenient.

Awesome condo for a lengthy stay. Was here for about 90 days and not a single complaint. Clean home, luxuriously appointment with brand name linens. Owner left snacks and drink for the kids for our arrivial. Late model dryer had a failed part and owner promptly had it repaired with no issue; to me, this demonstrates a level of excellence (when uncontrollable issues arise how well does it get handled). 5star recommendation from this traveler. Would definitely stay here again!
