Dominant position with exceptional views of the Monts du Lyonnais. Located in a quiet hamlet, easily accessible by road and rail, close to shops. 5 couple rooms and a dormitory 9 seats on 3 levels. Large living room, TV room / piano / wifi, kitchen, game room. 1 bathroom and 3 toilets. The charm of a beautiful house, space and privacy, the tranquility of the countryside close to Lyon.

Grande maison de vacances dans son jus, sympa pour se retrouver en famille! Points positifs : l'extérieur qui est top, beaucoup de jeux sur place, beaucoup de vaisselle (pratique quand on est nombreux!), pas de vis à vis. Petits bémols : une seule salle de bain, un peu juste pour le nombre de places (heureusement il y a baignoire+douche), cuisine un peu petite et vieillissante.

lieu parfait pour des retrouvailles d'anciens amis de fac avec nos enfants devenus ados. grand jardin, avec vue dégagée, emplacement facile d'accès et central pour des personnes qui viennent de région parisienne et du sud de la France. Les chambres sont confortables, très bonne literie. Les ados ont adoré le dortoir. la cuisine est bien équipée et fonctionnelle. la proximité du couvent de la Tourette nous a permis une ballade et une visite très intéressante vraiment un bon séjour!

Séjour convivial à la campagne a 15 personnes

Le logement est super avec 19 couchages disponibles dont un dortoir improbable qui nous rend jaloux des enfants ! Tous les ustensiles de cuisine et la vaisselle étaient présents dont 2 machines à raclettes, pas besoin de ramener ses affaires. De plus avec le barbeuc gaz et cuisinière 4 feux avec four, il y a de quoi faire . Le gîte est dans un petit hameau sans être très isolé et donne sur les monts du lyonnais. Un petit magasin de producteurs à 15 minutes a pied par les chemins, sinon le village même de Fleurieux sur L'Arbresle n'est pas très loin (2 min a voiture par la route Napoléon) Le couvent de la Tourette est aussi accessible à 20min a pied du gîte. Si vous aimez les maisons familiales dans leur jus vous ne serez pas déçu ! Une seule salle de bains mais les 2 autres WC séparés possèdent des lavabos. Si vous profitez du centre aquatique de L'Arbresle, vous éviterez l'attente a la douche :) certains matelas sont à revoir. On a apprécié pouvoir trier nos déchets et disposer d'un composteur. Conteneur a verre dans le village. La cour peut abriter plusieurs voitures facilement et permettre à notre chien de profiter d'un espace extérieur en liberté.

Parfaitement conforme a nos attentes pour un week-end end au calme en famille. Accès à Lyon facile, assez d espace pour nous tous, des jeux de société, de l électroménager qui fonctionne.
