Our family has enjoyed the Oregon Coast for years. We decided to build another dream home at the beach and are excited to share it with others.

Construction is finally complete! on this highly anticipated 6,000+ sqft home!!

5 Bedrooms with King Beds. 3 of these Masters have private On-Suite bathrooms

1 Bunk room with Twin beds for 6

2 Queen sleeper sofas available in the Recreation room

All 6 bedrooms have ocean views, 2 of which are oceanfront

Media Room - Big Screen TV and 12 High End leather reclining chairs

Great Room - Top floor great room overseeing the ocean. Giant 12+ person couch and fireplace

Dining Room - Custom Walnut giant dining table with seating for up to 16 with additional seating at the kitchen island

Kitchen - The home will be fully equipped for 16. Glasswear, dinnerware, flatware, and cookware is ready for your large group.

Deck - Large deck off the great-room with Nanawall style door to connect with the outdoors. Amazing views from this deck

Pool Room - It wouldn't be the pool house without this. We have a high end Swim-Ex indoor swim pool. This is fantastic for exercise or for the kids to play in.

Sauna Room - Enjoy the sauna room while you aren't using the pool

Why choose our vacation rental?
 We are located at the dead end of a quiet street. The majority of beach front houses are along a busy road. No cars driving by and significant privacy.

 We have an extensive Game Room and Media Room: Pool Table, 4-Player Arcade, Pop-a-shot as well as 12 Leather theater seats in the surround sound Media Room with a 82" TV
 240V outlet available in the garage for your electric vehicle.

Full house rules are viewable during the booking process, but a couple things to note:

This was our second year staying here and it’s such a great home for our large family. We did want to let you know, the padlock in the garage for the keys to the hot tub and pool weren’t working. Luckily, the hot tub was already unlocked and we were able to access the pool through the laundry door. Thank you for letting us stay again, we really appreciate it and had a great time!

Excellent Pool (Beach) House

The house is the perfect stop, for a large family to enjoy time at the beach. The weather wasn’t the greatest, but the house amenities definitely made up for it. The host was great, excellent communicator.Would most definitely stay here again.

Best rental ever!

We’ve stayed in many rentals over the years, and this is by far the best. The owners put a lot of thought into every detail, and anything you could possibly think of is included! We especially appreciated how well they stocked the kitchen. It was perfect for our multigenerational family gathering. Thank you!

Perfect for our extended family

Wonderful stay

We stayed midweek with family including young children and grandparents. House was wonderful, perfect for large group and multifamily stay. Great for kids (our agea could all use stairs, babies or non walkers may be harder with stairs). Owners were so responsive to questions during our stay. Will likely stay again!

Thanksgiving at the Coast

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the Thanksgiving holiday at “The Pool House!” The hosts were so kind and accommodating. This is our second year in a row and it just gets better and better every year! We will be back again!

A perfect family reunion house

A perfect location! Close to the water for those who like beach walks, beautiful view of the ocean for those who would rather sit on the deck and watch the waves. Accessible trails for wheelchairs in the nearby park (easy walking distance), and SO MUCH for the kids to do at the house. We swam, hot tubbed, beach and park walked, cooked great meals in a well equipped kitchen and loved our time together as a family.

Oregon Coast Manzanita getaway with friendzies

This house was masterfully made and an absolute treat to stay in for 4 nights. The house fully accommodated our friends their spouses and kids. The beach being so close made for an easy daily decision to have a beach day. The Manzanita Downtown is so quaint and beautiful. Thanks to our property owners for everything!

Fun for the whole family!

The house has so much to offer from bedrooms to entertainment no one was ever bored! The kitchen is perfect with two islands open to the huge living-dining room. The indoor pool was a big hit as was the game room. What an amazing place!

Pool house was just delightful.

This was our 3rd family trip to the Oregon coast. Family keeps getting bigger with now 3 grandkids, and 8 adults. We loved that everyone got a king bed and their own bathroom. The movie room was great for downtime. The pool was a hit with the kids and the over all layout of the house made it nice to spread out and enjoy the views. Location was good. Not too far of a walk to the beach and only about a mile to town. Was able to find nice safe places to bike and run. Host were very attentive to helping and answering questions and just a delight to deal with. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

Relaxing Luxury waterfront home

We really enjoyed our stay at the pool house. All of the amenities made this home a very special experience of the Oregon Coast during a time of incredible storms passing through. We felt very lucky to have everything we could possibly want or need in this magnificient house with a view of all of the ocean from our living room window.

Oregon Coast Family Vacation

This was our first time staying in Manzanita. This was the perfect house for our 3 generation family vacation. The weather wasn’t great for getting out on the beach so having a house with so many activities was perfect. From fantastic ocean views from the great room to the game room and the theater room not to mention the pool and sauna room. What more could you possibly need. We will definitely be returning in the future. A big thank you to our wonderful hosts!

Pool House

We have stayed at other properties from these owners and have always had a great experience, but this was our first time at this property. As always, the home was immaculate when we arrived. We usually go the the coast in early spring which makes the weather unpredictable, but this house has so much space that we never feel on top of each other if we’re waiting out a storm. It’s truly a beautiful home.

Perfect

Our vacation was wonderful! The house is in a great location, designed extremely well for a large group, and offers plenty of fun activities for all. We walked down to the beach every day and the kids loved flying kites and playing in the sand. We spent our afternoons relaxing and enjoying the beautiful ocean view from the home. Our kids enjoyed the theatre room, game room, and indoor pool. There was something for everyone and we all had a wonderful stay. It was the perfect vacation home. Thank you!

Private, luxurious, every need provided

This house is perfectly appointed for a group of adult friends, or a large family. Most bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The furniture is very comfortable, kitchen is completely outfitted with chef’s complete requirements. The movie room is the perfect way to end the day after watching the sunset by the fire pit. Oregon state parks are outstanding, hiking, bird watching, kayaking, horseback riding very close by. Reserve this property now!

Icy weather weekend

This was a great house to be stranded in for an icy long weekend. Beautiful icy dune views with raging sea, lots to do (even during afternoons without electricity). We played cards, enjoyed the warm gas fire that worked even during power loss, swam, used hot tub and cooked one meal on the balcony grill due to power loss. The theatre was great during the powered up times and the children loved the game room. Plenty of room for grandparents and 3 kids with their spouses and children.

Like Having a Private Resort All to Yourself

This place was perfect for family getaways and special gatherings with friends. If rather than a busy vacation, if you prefer to spend quality time together with your friends and family, this is the place for you. There is no reason you would have to leave this house. We had 14 total people stay and we never once felt crowded in the least. There were always different people doing different activities all throughout the house, and I think we used all the amenities too. The pool, the sauna, the hot tub, the pool table, arcade, pop-a-shot, the huge kitchen with the double island, the massive kitchen table, the huge wrap around couch, and the theater room that was virtually soundproof…even an elevator for our friend who walks with a cane…this place had everything we could have ever hoped for all in one place. Even 3 washers and dryers in the laundry room! Definitely going back again!

We built this home as an ideal vacation home for all our family. As our family has grown bigger and bigger, it has been difficult to find the perfect beachfront house for our summer vacations. Instead of constantly searching, we decided to build our 2nd dream vacation home and want to share it with others

Why they chose this property

We chose the ideal location in Manzanita for our home. This house is Oceanfront. The only thing between you and the ocean is sand and beach grass. We also chose the south part of Manzanita as it is more private. The home is at the end of a dead end street, so it is as safe from traffic for our children as possible. We are also a 5 minute walk from the golf course, the state park and the Nehalem Bay State Airport.
