An absolute must

Too bad we can't give 6 stars, would certainly be worth them! This house is so well equipped, it feels like home away from home. A Hidden Gem

The communication with the owner was faultless and was able to answer all my questions and they were always quick to come back with the answers. We were given clear and concise directions as well as a contact number. Anyone looking for a private property with great facilities this is the place. The house was just as described on the website and was a roomy well proportioned property. The kitchen was great with a large fridge freezer and integrated oven and microwave. There were two dining areas, one outside with a large table and one inside with a large table. The rooms were all well proportioned and the shower room in the master was fantastic. The outside was ideal as it had a large covered decking area which was out of the sun and the heated pool was adjacent. The pool was better than imagined with steps to get in and then a constant depth throughout. It is a decent sized pool. The pool was advertised as being heated and I can confirm that it was to a suitable temperature. The location is ideal, for shopping in Leon or a quick trip to the boulangerie. Ten out of ten, and thank you.

Ein wirklich schöner Urlaub. Marie und Claude (die zustĂ€ndigen Nachbarn) sind sehr nett, herzlich, kinderfreundlich und kĂŒmmerten sich um alles. Sie haben stets Tipps fĂŒr Unternehmungen und Veranstaltungen vor Ort. Ihnen wĂŒrden wir die vollen 5 Sterne geben oder sogar mehr. Das Haus ist grĂ¶ĂŸer als gedacht, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die KĂŒche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Weitere Kleinigkeiten sind aufgefallen, die gerne gemacht werden können (z.B. der Abfluss in einem der BĂ€der, der nicht ablief; ein wackeliger Toilettensitz; fehlender Stöpsel am Waschbecken in der kleinen Toilette). Es werden keine HandtĂŒcher zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt. Das kannten wir von anderen FerienhĂ€usern, in dieser Preisklasse, anders. Der Außenbereich mit dem großen Pool, ist traumhaft. Der Alarm am Pool ist leider einige Male, ohne ersichtlichen Grund, losgegangen. Hier wĂ€re eine Option zum deaktivieren gut, wenn alle Urlauber schwimmen können. Ansonsten ist ein solcher Schutz natĂŒrlich wichtig und verantwortungsvoll. Der Wald/die Natur, direkt hinter dem Haus, sind sehr erholsam und Wanderungen wert. In der NĂ€he ist der See von Leon. Zum Meer fĂ€hrt man ungefĂ€hr 15 Minuten, mit dem Auto. Leider hatten wir Pech mit einer Menge MĂŒcken und KriebelmĂŒcken. Es gibt keinen Insektenschutz an den Fenstern. Man sollte sich also gut mit abwehrenden Mitteln und helfenden Produkten eindecken. Poolpfleger und GĂ€rtner waren sehr nett. Der Rasen wird automatisch gewĂ€ssert. Vielen Dank und bis bald.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus, gern (immer) wieder!!!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Es war alles da, wie beschrieben, und sehr sauber! Bereits im Vorfeld sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Bei Ankunft herzlicher Empfang durch Marie + Claude. Beide waren sehr nett, grds. "unsichtbar", aber wenn gebraucht sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. La maison est conforme à l'annonce, l'accueuil par les voisins est top Belle terrasse et piscine et l'aménagement interieur est bien pensé Par contre la literie est un peu trop dur = mal de dos Trop arraignées dans la maison (personne arachnophobe) et je ne parle pas de petits spécimens Moustiques bien présents en journée également La situation de la maison est bien et permet de bien rayonner pour les visites (Espagne, pays basques)

Perfektes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus und können es uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen. Alles war so wie beschrieben und es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits der Dorfstraße in sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Terrasse und die Poollandschaft sind von außen so gut wie nicht einsehbar. SupermĂ€rkte stehen in wenigen Autominuten in LĂ©on oder Linxe zur VerfĂŒgung. In LĂ©on kann der Fischladen und die gegenĂŒberliegende BĂ€ckerei empfohlen werden. Die Mitnahme von FahrrĂ€dern lohnt sich. Es dauert zwar ein wenig, bis man die ausgewiesenen Fahrradstrecken erreicht, von dort sind die StrandbĂ€der von Vieux-Boucau bis Contis aber einfach und sicher zu erreichen. Die netten Nachbarn Marie und Claude standen bei Fragen hilfsbereit zur VerfĂŒgung. Vielen Dank auch an die Gastgeber AgnĂ©s und Cyrille fĂŒr den erholsamen Urlaub.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche in diesem Haus! Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut funktioniert und die freundlichen Nachbarn helfen immer gerne. Vor Ort wird allerdings nur Französisch (leider kein Englisch) gesprochen. Prima ausgestattet auch fĂŒr Kinder und Kleinkinder.
