Appartement fonctionnel dans une résidence idéalement située aux Sables d'Olonne avec toutes les services à proximité. Une vue imprenable sur l'océan. La place de parking est très appréciable. Cependant, l'appartement est très désuet et la propreté à notre arrivée gagnerait à être améliorée. (frigo, batterie de cuisine, placards,...). L'ajout d'un lave linge serait intéressant.
L'impression générale du séjour reste positive.

Bel environnement mais appartement désuet
Environnement top. Place de parking dans la cour extrêmement pratique. Vue de l’appartement superbe. Dommage que ce dernier soit vieillot, pas très bien entretenu. L’électricité a besoin d’être remise aux normes. Heureusement que le cuisine est plus récente.
