Enjoy the unbelievable views and gulf-front breeze in this coastal-style condo located in Blue Mountain Beach. Sunseekers 4 is a two bedroom, two bath that sleeps 6 with 1 king, 2 full beds, 1 full daybed, and a queen sleeper sofa. The Sunseekers complex is comprised of only ten units, with a unique family feel located on the most beautiful span of beach in the world.

Sunseekers 4 is a 2nd level condo (no elevator) with beautiful gulf views and private, direct beach access. Recently renovated, the condo has a great beachy feel inside with a calming color palate and new, comfortable furniture as well. The living room has plenty of room for seating, a flat screen TV and doors that open to the balcony facing the gulf. The master bedroom faces the Gulf of Mexico so you can lie in bed and see and hear the water lapping on the shore. The second bedroom has an additional two full beds and another private bath.

Crab along the beach at night, go for sunset strolls, rent a kayak from across the street and play with the dolphins, or simply lie on the sugary white sand beach and soak up the rays. Bike to Seaside or Grayton along the miles of bike trails or go to Grayton Beach State Park and hike the trails enjoying the wildlife and views.

All One Level: Living Room with Full Daybed and Queen Sleeper Sofa + Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Balcony Access, Bedroom with Two Full Beds and Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

*On-site parking restricted to one vehicle per property. Minimal overflow parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. Golf carts are not permitted.

Our family stayed here this year during 4th of July. We have stayed at Sunseekers a couple of times in different units and this unit was definitely our favorite. They have done an outstanding job with the renovation and it's very cozy. We look forward to coming back!

We've stayed on 30A for several years, but never in Blue Mountain. We had a great time there, enjoyed the places we could walk to and the condo was fantastic. The place was very nicely decorated and clean and had easy access to the beach. We were there with 3 of our kids and were very comfortable. Look forward to coming again!

Sunseeker 4 is our favorite place to have stayed. It is impeccably furnished and decorated and is stocked with anything and everything you would ever want or need. It was very clean. It has its own private beach and is located far enough from Destin to never feel overcrowded. We will definitely be booking again for next year!

Amazing location

We’ve stayed at this condo several times because you cannot beat the location. On the downside, it was not very clean this time around and had an awful musty smell upon arrival. We still love this place, but a deep clean might be needed.

wonderful stay

My husband and I really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Sunseekers 4! The condo was beautiful decorated with so many wonderful "beachy" touches. I even google searched a picture in the master bath and ordered it as a remembrance. The condo is only steps away from the beautiful private beach of Blue Mountain and you can enjoy that view from your own balcony. We will definitely be returning and recommending this property to friends.

Perfect little vacation condo, well stocked, comfortable mattresses and furniture! The pictures do no do it justice. I guess the only little thing with us was the parking but in all of these locations the parking is usually never that good. We had 2 cars and knew ahead of time it would have to be parked at the rental office a couple of miles away. Overall, loved it and would stay again!

Wonderful family vacation

We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Ocean Reef company is very accommodating and gave us all that we needed. I’ve truly never experienced such generous hospitality with the condo’s towels, kitchen utensils, and overall amenities. Me and my wife were so obsessed with the ocean views from our balcony. The gulf water was turquoise blue for our entire stay! It was the first time we had experienced the 30A area and we will for sure be booking this listing again.

Well Located, Tucked Away, Perfectly SIzed Condo

The property is a little tricky to find since it is tucked away (could use better signage) but worth the search. It is a beachfront gem, very clean, and just the right size for 2-4 people although you could make 6 work. A small balcony overlooks a very scenic beachfront view as does the master bedroom. Décor was a little funky but fun. We had a very good experience with the Ocean Reef property managers. The only negative was that the cell service was very spotty but that turned out to be a plus.

This is the 2nd time we've enjoyed Sunseeker 4. Everything one may need is there! The unit is clean, super comfortable, with all the appliances and what-nots one would want. Sunseeker 4 affords an outstanding view of the Gulf with easy access to the private beach! Topping it off, there are decent restaurants and shops within walking distance to within a mile or so on 30A - for example, Local Catch - and has ultra direct access to Hwy 98 for quick runs to the grocery etc. We'll be back - I can't imagine staying anywhere else on the panhandle!

Pros: Very clean great location!! We had 4 adults, two teens and a 11 yr old with plenty of room. The layout was perfect. Joan with the rental agency went out of her way when we had trouble with the internet. They had someone out right away and he was extremely nice! Cons: Did miss a grill and tv in second bedroom. A little difficult to find at night the first time, maybe a solar light in front of sign would help.

LOVED our stay

My family of four really enjoyed our 3 day stay. We used this property as a rest spot before starting our drive back to Washington State. It was cozy and exactly what we needed! The location is perfect, the rental is beautiful, the app that is used by this particular rental company made everything easy, and the staff was helpful and quick with replies. When we needed the door keycode Tonya quickly supplied us with it. Overall the staff is professional and on top of things which is nice! Oh and the bed was so comfortable! My only critique would be that the tv needs an upgrade. My husband complained about it on the rainy days because it is small and old enough that it doesn't have an hdmi hook up.

Everything was perfect! GREAT location, great private beach, easy access to/from the beach & parking lot! We had 3 kids & it was extremely convenient. Two complaints. 1- they ask that you leave your beach things around the side of the building, so we followed the rules. My daughters life jacket was stolen. We learned that the hard way. Do not leave your things down there! 2- the master bedroom was HOT. You can’t control the temp below 72. Those two things are my only complaints about the whole stay. It was super clean, comfy beds and plenty of room for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids)

Really enjoyed our stay at Sunseeker 4. It is beautifully decorated and well appointed. Reservations, communication and check-in (with the door code being emailed prior to arrival) were all perfect with Rivard. A few minor negatives -- parking is a bit problematic because of limited space and the fact that everyone drives full-sized SUV's, but that is pretty much to be expected anywhere in this area. There were small kids in the unit directly above us that did A LOT of running and it sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling at times. The beach is a bit small in this area and can get crowded, but it is otherwise spectacular. All in all, we would definitely book this property again, despite the few negatives.

Great Spot/Spotty Internet & TV

We really enjoyed everything about the unit & location. We are both self employed and often work through our vacations from time to time. We have stayed at Blue Mountain Villas multiple times and never had any internet issues like we did in this unit. We rebooted the modem at least 20 times in the 5 day period. We tried watching a ballgame Saturday night and gave up. I did call and talked to a young man at Ocean Reef who said this is "normal" for Blue Mountain. We will rebook this unit when we are retired.

Nice place - terrible WiFi/live TV

This condo was very nice and as pictured and stated. The reason for 3 stars: A maintenance guy came to our door and asked if he could come in and work on the shower. I said no and he said “ok that’s what all the tenants say when I have tried to fix this”. I reached out to ocean reef and they stated they did not have a work order for our condo. But then came back and said he is supposed to fix it when we check out. (Stories do not add up). I asked if we would not have been there if he would have gone in. She said yes. So now we were concerned that a maintenance person is going to enter the condo when we aren’t there - even though she said she would document otherwise. Secondly - the sign that states to sign up for LIVE tv through FUBO was a complete joke and very difficult to cancel the free 7 day trial to avoid being charged. After several phone calls to Roku and Fubo - it was discovered that an email address that was registered with that TV (owner ? Previous guest?) is how the acct was registered. I had signed up with my email etc to do this free trial. . Third - the WiFi is awful. Fourth - the blinds have not been cleaned in years - tried to open them in the bedroom to view the ocean got fogged with a bunch of dust. Lastly the MB was very hot compared to rest of condo

Great place to stay!

I’ve been coming to this area of Florida for several years. I’ve also stayed in this same building, but in a different condo. This condo was the best I’ve stayed in. It’s decorated beautifully, it was stocked with everything you need. Great location, quiet and relaxing. I would rent this condo for my next stay in blue mountain beach.
