The cabin is perfect for large groups. It is well stocked and spacious enough that our group of 33 could feel private in their rooms but then gather and all eat and play games together. The hot tub room was so nice and all the games and sport court on the basement kept all the kids happy. There were plenty of sheets and towels and everything we needed to cook meals. We’d definitely stay again.

This luxury Deer Valley home was an excellent choice for our corporate offsite and planning meeting. The spacious layout gave our group plenty of areas to collaborate, gather, and relax—from the basketball court and downstairs family/game room to the beautiful main floor.The home’s amenities allowed us to combine productive meetings and team building with downtime, all in one location. We especially appreciated the concierge service, including stocking and delivering items we needed during our stay.Overall, it was a beautiful, well-equipped property that made our corporate offsite both convenient and memorable. We would definitely recommend it for group gatherings in Deer Valley.

We highly recommend this home for large families. We spent a week here with 15 children and 13 adults. The home was clean, spacious, and had so much for children to do! The basketball court was filled with balls of every shape and size, along with cornhole and a hockey stick. The game room had a video game system with hundreds of games on it, ping pong, foosball and shuffleboard. The rooms were super family friendly with many having its own pack-n-play for babies, space heaters and extra blow-up beds. Wendy was very responsive to all of my questions and we had a fabulous stay.

This place is incredbible

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and stayed here for our CEO retreat. Lots of activities and space for us. The beds were very comfortable and the location was fantastic. Definitely recommend!

This was the perfect place to stay with extended family. Everyone was entertained, from the basketball court to the hot tub. The space allows a large group to gather and play games together. Great location and amazing views, close to Park City Main Street but far enough to feel like you’re up in the mountains. Clean home, nice bedrooms.

Ski Trip Palace

Great property for large group. We traveled together with large group of friends and family and there was plenty of space for everyone. Very short drive to either Deer Valley or Park City Mountain. Home was warm and welcoming with tons of sitting areas and great amenities. Highly recommended.

Perfect for a large group

We spent my 40th here with 20 girls. Other than being a little chilly because the fireplaces were not working it was perfect. Great large space for being together and bunks to give the girls their own beds. Safe neighborhood.

Crawford Christmas Vacation

We traveled all the way from Texas to have a White Christmas and this house did not disappoint. It was very specious for our party of 20. The house was so nice, clean and had everything in it that we needed. Josh was amazing with the communication. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect house!!

Great house in a great location. Stayed for a week with 6 families including 15 kids. The house had everything we could possibly need from a fully functioning kitchen, plenty of space for multiple families (bedrooms, bathrooms, dining tables, living spaces), game room, to the basketball court that was great for the kids and adults. Josh was extremely easy to communicate with and responsive. Can’t wait to come back!

Ideal Family Gathering House!

The home was clean, convenient and a great place for our family gathering! The living and dining spaces were ample and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed except large cookie sheets. Our teens and children loved the game room and basketball court! Our only glitch was the loss of an internet connection for two days! Despite that, we wouldn't hesitate to plan another stay in this home!

Large house near Park City

I rented this house for a corporate retreat. I needed a home that all 10 of my executives would have their own bathroom and this house was perfect. The views are spectacular and its in a very nice neighborhood. The house has a large open space, big windows, plenty of space to gather. Very updated and has everything you would need. The 7 car rule makes it slightly difficult with a big group but is very doable. Josh & Wendy are very responsive, easy to communicate with & readily available. I've already told others what a great space this is in hopes they will also use it. I hope that we can be back to stay again soon.
