Beautiful villa for 8 people with private pool close to the beach

The home has a spacious living room with satellite TV, DVD / CD player, good fiber optic internet connection and a spacious dining table. The large kitchen is fully equipped and features include a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, coffee maker, blender and juspers. There is 1 bedroom for 2 people with bathroom.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms for 2 people, 1 with large terrace and one with balcony. 1 bedroom features an indoor bathroom. Also here a separate bathroom with bath and toilet. The whole house has air conditioning.
The garden has several terraces, a pool and a BBQ area. You can park the car in front of the house, in the driveway or garage.
The area around the house is very beautiful. The house is almost on top of a mountain with beautiful rural views. Just over the top you can see the Atlantic Ocean. A walk to the beach Salgado is recommended!

Family friend trip

The house was perfect for 2 families, with 4 adults and 4 kids. The kids enjoyed the pool after exploring the area. Everything is close by, with a short drive to the grocery store or the center of the town to the market. Easy accessible from Lisbon airport (just over one hour drive).

Overall, nice house in a residential neighborhood with plenty of space for 8 people. The nearby bakery is great! The town is pretty with a nice beach, shops and restaurants. The main issue was the air conditioning which was not functioning as we expected.

Clean, well equipped property. Exactly as advertised. The location is great- very easy access to many, fantastic sight seeing opportunities. The short drive from the villa to Nazare offers spectacular scenery. Recommend as a comfortable home base for touring the coast of Portugal.

Magnifique villa avec tout le confort. Extérieur très agréable. Grande pièce de vie. Cuisine fonctionnelle : seul petit bémol, il n’y a pas de cafetière à dosettes. Cafetière à filtre basique. Chambres spacieuses et très bonne literie. Quartier très calme. Je recommande cette location.

Bonjour, manque de lumière dans les salles de bains et évier cuisine. Piscine sans échelle (il y en a une mais HS), merci de penser aux personnes avec un léger handicap pour remonter, épuisette sans filet (pas pratique pour récupérer les insectes au fond). Impossible d'avoir la télé en Français. Aucune notices (visites, commerces...etc) en français. Si vous ne parlez pas anglais, bon courage....Sinon tout est bien.

Het was mooi en er was alles ,maar zoals ik al eerder aangegeven hebt waren de bedden niet om op te slapen ,wij zijn op leeftijd mijn man 81 jaar en ik 76 jaar hebben 2 weken heel slecht geslapen ,in het ene bed zat een bult en in de andere een gat en dus je rolt naar elkaar of uit bed ,en een rioollucht in de wc ,hoop dat er iets aangdaan gaat worden dat de volgende gasten beter slapen

Spacious and modern

Easy to find, easy access to nearby beaches, towns and shopping. Comfortable beds, but plan to buy all you need if you stay a while, like soaps, toilet paper, etc. Clean, well kept grounds and pool. Easy communication with owner and caretakers. Only one point, a smart TV would be an excellent edition, as many of the channels were not in my language. Cette villa est très agréable à vivre ...malgré le temps plutôt gris sur notre séjour nous avons bénéficié de belles éclaircies pour pouvoir profiter de la piscine ....et de petits déjeuners sur la terrasse de plein pied avec la cuisine ...les chambres sont grandes et très agréables ..nous étions une famille de huit personnes dont 4 enfants et chacun avait un espace de vie .bien située nous avons pu visiter de nombreuses villes Nazaré...Fatima....etc ..et Sao Martinho est une agréable ville .....vivante le soir ...les plages sont très belles et très propres. ..les restaurants excellents ...."Boca do Mar". "Meu Jardim"....entre autres Je recommande le petit point de vente du pain frais a 500m de la maison. ..le pain est excellent et le boulanger un homme adorable qui travaille dans la tradition .... Un excellent séjour nous reviendrons .

Extérieur tout aussi agréable avec cuisine d'été, grand garage, mobilier de jardin en quantité, zones d'ombre naturelle pour prendre les repas. Les - : Manque cruel d'éclairage dans les deux petites salles de bain et le soir dans la cuisine. Manque de rangements dans les deux petites salles de bain. Schöne Lage und schöner Pool. Raumaufteilung sehr gut.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Abwicklung und der Kontakt waren sehr gut. Die Raumaufteilung war super und Haus und Pool sehr sauber und gepflegt. Etwas gestört hat die relativ hohe Feuchtigkeit im Haus und das nächtliche Gebell der Hunde der Nachbarn. Dafür kann der Vermieter aber nichts und wir haben den Urlaub insgesamt sehr genossen.
