Great stay at the property for 3 nights. Nicely updated, couch sectional is comfy, huge TV, beds were fairly comfortable. Great location close to the beach. Would rent again!

Fun in Ocean City

This property was perfect for our vacation at the shore with our daughter and her family. A short walk to the beach and playground. And evening strolls for a bite to eat and ice cream. And Ocean City is a great place for a family vacation !

Great for our weekend with friends.

House was nice. Everything was clean and we were close to the beach! We were traveling with another family and it was nice for the adults to be able to sit on the porch while the kids were a little rowdy inside. Kitchen/dining/living room was nice and open for a big group. An added bonus was that the front porch was completely closed in-great for families with little ones.

Labor Day Week

Great week with family and friends! The property is in such a great location - close to the beach, the playground, several restaurants. The house was very clean, great open concept between kitchen and family room. The oversized porch was used all week. Can’t wait to rent next year!

Great location

Great location, house was a bit dirty and dusty. Windows were stuck closed and we couldn’t open them. Trash was left in the house. The upstairs neighbors were extremely loud very early in the morning and very late at night.

I did contact you right after your arrival to check in and you mentioned to me that the steps were dusty and I immediately contacted the cleaning crew to let them know and convened backed to you, so I do apologize for that. In addition, you mentioned that the windows did not open. I am not sure how that is possible as I just had them open very recently. Lastly, as far as the tenants up stairs are concerned, I have no control over the occupants up stairs. So far we have not had any complaints about the upstairs occupants being too loud or noticed it ourselves.

Convenient and relaxing getaway

Location is great for those that don't want to be in the crowded boardwalk area but still enjoy of a clean large beach, a few restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, pharmacy, ice-cream parlor, bike rental, fresh market and a wonderful playground area with basketball and tennis courts! The property has everything you need and more. TVs in every room, board games, puzzles, full kitchen, gorgeous front porch with tables, chairs and sofa. Rooms are large, well aired and illuminated with plenty of space for everyone. Only missing item I would say is an outdoor grill and bikes. Although you can either rent them from a location two blocks away or bring your own and store in the garage. You will find a full shower in the garage and hoses on the side entrance to wash off any sand before coming into the house. The property provides plenty of beach chairs as well. No linens or towels at least at this moment. Property managers were very cordial and prompt in all responses. I would definitely book again!

Great front porch.

Perfect for a family of 6 or less. Short walk to the supermarket and Wawa. We spent a lot of time on the front porch. Comfortable family room with a great comfortable L shaped sofa. We all said we'd come back!

Wonderful week at the shore

We had an amazing week in Ocean City and are so sad it’s over. This house perfectly met our needs. It was close to the beach and had great hang out space in the living room and porch. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for preparing meals. The house was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely be interested in staying here again!

Perfect location

Location was great close to beach, stores, restaurants and playground. By the end of season you expect the house to show signs of wear however this house is in serious need of deep clean and upgrade.

Great location, cross one street to get to the beach. Inside was good. Looks like they are updating the baths a bit. Tile, vents and carpet need a deep clean but it's the end of the season (sept) so that's to be expected. Overall would definitely rent here again!
