Decorated in a contemporary way and design, you will be in large apartment with large volumes very bright. The white furniture adds to the design and light side of the apartment.
You will be charmed by the terrace of the apartment with its side view of the sea. In addition, the apartment offers large spaces, especially in the living room, making it a very friendly apartment.

Air conditioning is in the living-room and in the master bedroom.
You will be ideally located a few meters from the Promenade des Anglais, the sea and beaches. A few minutes walk you will reach the pedestrian street with its many restaurants, as well as Place Masséna. Hardly further, you will reach Jean Médecin and all its shops, as well as the Old Town where you can try all the local specialties.
There is a tramway stop a few meters from the apartment, allowing you to easily get around Nice. In addition, the city offers many Blue Bike points, offering a different ride option. The SNCF train station also offers a quick way to visit the surrounding cities.

This is a very nice property in an extremely convenient neighborhood. Only 1 block from the beach, adjacent to a Metro stop & bus line, great cafes & patisseries nearby, and a few épiceries and grocery stores. The building is a beautiful Art Deco property and the apartment on the top floor has a wonderful (small) balcony with a sea view. Highly recommend!
Came to attend the Ironman event. Great location, close to tram and bus lines. Close to groceries and shopping. One block from the Promenade and ocean.
Penthouse apartment, in historic building, first road back from Nice beach. Very comfortable for four adults with two bathrooms and lots of space. The balcony was wonderful for afternoon/evening glass of wine, including side sea view. Had everything you need on holiday. We would recommend it
The location with access to tram was perfect. Reliability of trams in the evening from old Nice was an issue but Uber was great. All groceries and bakery and beach within a block. A large French press would be useful otherwise well stocked kitchen. A Better broom and garbage bags would be helpful. The extra fridge for wine beer and water was excellent. Communication was excellent. Loved the place. Lots of shopping and restaurants in easy walking distance.

The apartment is nice however, the whole experience was Vrbo and the host is not acceptable. The host charged for the stay significantly higher amount than the price listed on VRBO. Additionally, they charged me twice for the parking. I provided all the support of the charges and the listed price. However, no one get back to me awaiting on the resolution of this matter. I will be keeping everyone updated. I will reach out to better business bureau to complain about Vrbo.

Magnificent Appartement !!!
Everything about the apartment was wonderful.
Beyond my expectations. Very well situated and we enjoyed every aspect of this amazing place.
Has everything you can possibly want. Apartment is very well equipped.
When we come back to Nice, we will definitely be going back here. The apartment is close to stores, grocery stores, hair salons, tram to airport , promenade des Anglais and most of all beach.
Only one suggestion, if you want to go to beach, you will need water shoes as beach is rocky.... but beautiful beautiful beautiful.
Beautiful property and the whole building is awesome.

Le temps d'un hiver
L'appartement est bien situé, calme, ensoleillé, agréable à vivre, même pendant les mois d'hiver, grâce au chauffage de la climatisation réversible. J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour.
La cuisine est équipée au strict minimum. Le frigo, la plaque et le four sont haut de gamme mais il manque ce qu'il faut pour avoir du plaisir à cuisiner.

De la lumière et du confort
J'ai beaucoup apprécié la proximité de la Promenade des Anglais et de la mer, la lumière de l'appartement, la cuisine ouverte sur la pièce principale, le confort. C'est un appartement très agréable à vivre. Et le service a été impeccable.
Cet immeuble est d'une grande beauté et c'était un plaisir d'y vivre quotidiennement.

Tres beau séjour dans un bel immeuble style art déco construit dans les années 30 très bien conservé. Les photos et les détails publicitaires reflètent bien la qualité de l'appartement.
Service impeccable de Nelson et Jeeves.
Très bel appartement, très propre et très bien équipé. Immeuble chic et tranquille. Très bien situé.
Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Immeuble et appartement de choix. Je n’hésiterais à réserver à nouveau le même appartement.
Suggestion: mettre à la disposition des gens un cartable présentant des instructions pour l’utilisation de la télévision et des électroménagers.
Propriété selon les photos publiées, bien située et bien meublée. Un peu plus de serviettes de bain et des oreillers plus confortables seraient de mise pour le prix payé.
This is one classy place to stay. An Art Deco building which is an architectural gem. Our apartment on the top floor was airy, spacious and with two balconies one of which gave a view of the sea. The key pick and return up was smooth. Advice given by previous clients in their reviews re distance between apartment and key retrieval is useful. The apartment is in a good location for shopping and access to Promenade des Anglais. Information on website and on the app is useful. We had a great time and a very comfortable stay.

Apartment was well equipped and in an excellent location - close to the Boulevard des Anglais and most cultural attractions. Better linens and pillows would have been appreciated. for the longer stay of 4 weeks.

Appartement luxueux dans un immeuble magnifique
La situation très pratique ( tout près du tram et de la Promenade des Anglais), l’équipement complet et moderne de la cuisine et les services impeccables offerts par Nestor and Jeeves.
La deuxième chambre pourrait être rafraîchie et , en hiver, des douillettes seraient plus confortables que les petites couvertures.
We spent 5 nights here and enjoyed the stay. The property was as advertised and clean. The building was beautiful and located right next to a number 2 Tram stop and a bus stop. Easy walk to the beach. We had an issue come up and relayed that to the property mgmt company. They responded quickly and had someone take of the issue. It's not a bid deal but if you have luggage we'd recommend going to the building first with your bags. There is a courtyard area off of the street where one person can wait with the bags while the other walks down the street to retrieve and drop off the keys at the property mgmt office. Thanks!
