So glad you enjoyed the solitude the property provides, the peaceful river flowing steps away from the front porch is amazing and a calming touch for sure. So glad you enjoyed your quiet time at the river cabin. Hope to have you all back again Theada. Take care.

Thank you for the kind review Stephanie. We look forward to your next visit, so glad you enjoyed our place!
Great secluded location, great fishing and always an adventure somewhere on the riverbed or trails. House is very comfortable and spacious. Made lots of family trips and great memories here in the last few years. We’ll be back.

Thank you Matt! We always appreciate the return visits, looking forward to next time!
The scenery was gorgeous. Looked like we were in the Ozarks rather than Kansas. The cabin was spacious with plenty of seating for our day guests. Sleeping room was adequate for the 6 people in our family. With all of that said, the highlight of our trip was one of the property managers, Dusty. In our short 3 night stay, Dusty responded to the property twice (once to assist with an issue we were having with a light switch & to show us around the property, and the second time to personally escort us down the river in a canoe trip). Our time was much more enjoyable because of his attention, friendliness, and zeal to go out of his way to make sure we had a fun trip. The property owners are beyond blessed to have Dusty as a friend and employee.

So glad you had a great time. We appreciate your comments about Dusty as well. He does a great job taking care of folks. There is a lot to see on the 100 acres. Frankly, I think a lot people miss out a bit on exploring the whole thing. Please come back and see us again.
Another great stay. Nature trails, fishing, wildlife, mountain bikes, plenty of room to explore. Quiet and relaxing, a great getaway with fantastic views and direct access to Arkansas River. Inside is comfortable and everything you need. We’ll be back.
