Enjoy a salt water hot tub under the stars after a kayak or canoe outing on the lake or a full day of skiing at one of the three nearby ski resorts. The home includes winter and summer toys for use on the water and in the generous meadow on secluded 7.5 acres.
Located in north-central Vermont, the property has convenient access to Stowe, Jay Peak, Mount Norris, the Long Trail and Canada.
Jay Peak and Stowe each offer great indoor activities such as bowling (Stowe), indoor water park (Jay). But outdoors is where you'll want to be for fishing rainbow trout and smallmouth bass, swimming and water sports on Lake Eden, a notably clean lake with clear inviting water temps. Summer fun ranges from watching the loons who nest on the lake and enjoying the duck families who nest just adjacent to our dock, to hiking nearby Mount Norris, the Moss Glen Falls and the Long Trail, which passes close to Eden off of Rte 118. Horseback riding at LaJoie Stables in nearby Jeffersonville is another fun outdoor option.
Fall brings us an amazing and renowned color foliage, apple cider, and fall festivals. This is a perfect time for antiquing and casual shopping.
Winter offers snowshoeing, downhill and cross-country skiing and snowmobiling on the VAST system that runs through the state. With three ski resorts to choose from, you can make a day of skiing, dining and exploring those communities.
