Die Wohnung war sauber und bis auf die Couch schön und durch Spül- und Waschmaschine super eingerichtet. Die Inhaber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Strand ist traumhaft und das Wetter war auch genial

Très bien

Appartement idéalement situé , la plage et criques à 300m et on peut faire les courses à pied . Il y’a pas mal de bars et restaurants pour se restaurer . Super boulangerie juste en face! Et super bar le Miami Lounge à 10 mn à pied de l’appartement. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires Marine et Julio qui sont restés disponibles pendant le séjour . Je recommande.

Schöne stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, nur gut knapp 15 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand. Netter sauberer Ort mit Bars und einem schönen Kaffe gegenüber der Wohnung. Diese liegt auf der 3. Etage. Für Ältere etwas beschwerlich, wenn man seine ganzen Sachen hoch bringen muss. Doch Top Lage. Jederzeit wieder.

ESTANCIA MUY AGRADABLE

El trato con la propiedad excelente. En cuanto a la vivienda, decir que está muy bien ubicada y a pocos minutos andando de las playas y calas, paseo marítimo, comercios, restaurantes,.... y con todas las comodidades necesarias para un apartamento de veraneo. A destacar su distribución triplex, la terraza, y vistas despejadas.

Geschmackvoll designte Wohnung mit großer Terasse

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung, zentrale Lage mitten im Ort. Auf der großen, überdachten Terasse kann man die Aussicht genießen. Nette Vermieterin, die man bei Problemen stets kontaktieren kann.

Cet appartement de type duplex est très agréable, est bien équipé et est bien situé pour rayonner sur les alentours (superbe plage de cristal, petite montagne pour les balades bucoliques et les points de vues et Port Aventura à 15 minutes). La propriétaire énergique et sympathique est à l'écoute.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hell und sauber. Vermieterin sehr nett.

Zur Wohnung: Nette Vermieterin, alles ordentlich. Es gibt keine Gardinen nur Rollladen an den Fenstern. Die Bettdecken sind In Übergröße, ich denke 220x240 wenn man Bettbezüge selbst mitbringt. Im Bad könnte man Handtuchhalter anbringen. Info in englisch, französisch und spanisch. Auch der Fernseher war in französisch. Wir haben nicht nachgefragt ob das zu ändern ist. Wir waren nur zu zweit. Zur Umgebung: Im Januar ist der Ort und die Umgebung natürlich sehr ausgestorben. Dadurch auch sehr wenig betrieb. Die meisten Geschäfte u Lokale haben geschlossen. Es wurde vor dem Haus die ganze Straße neu gemacht, deshalb war morgens schon etwas Baulärm. Hat uns wenig gestört, da wir viel unterwegs waren. Wird bestimmt sehr schön wenn alles fertig ist. Die Infotafeln an den Stränden waren nur in englisch, französisch und spanisch was mich sehr gewundert hat.

Un bel appartement très lumineux.

Appartement conforme à la description d'Homelidays...Spacieux, les 3 niveaux donnant une impression de grand volume...Lumineux, car très clair, de par la déco et les murs blancs... Vaste terrasse dominant l'avenue de Barcelona... Cuisine moderne et bien équipée... Literie très confortable... Sans oublier l' accueil amical et chaleureux de Marine, la propriétaire...Location à recommander...

Nous avons passé de super vacances dans une des villas en location de la propriétaire. son mari et elle sont très chaleureux et sympathique, ils nous ont très bien accueillis. ils ont répondu à toutes nos demandes (manque de matériel dans la villa et conseil des endroits à visiter, etc. ...). merci pour tout...

Super appartement!

Je conseille vivement ce très bel appartement, situé en plein centre de Miami Platja, proche des commerces, des restos, et de la magnifique Kristal Platja (où vous trouverez quelques restaurants et bars). La location est assez moderne, en duplex, bien équipée, située au 3ème étage, où vous bénéficiez d'une vue sur les montagnes et sur la mer. Je tiens aussi à remercier la très sympathique propriétaire Marine, ainsi que son compagnon, qui se plient en quatre pour que vos vacances soient reussies! Excellent rapport qualité-prix! Nous y reviendrons sans aucune hésitation! Encore merci pour tout! Véro et Marine
