Excellent place to stay and explore Bend - location is quiet but easy to walk from into downtown. Beds very comfortable, kitchen well equipped and plenty of televisions if needed. Definitely will consider for next time!

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful home in Bend. The location was perfect for walking to the river, restaurants and shopping. The kitchen/living room/outdoor areas were perfect for cooking and gathering for meals. The home was clean, welcoming and throughly equipped. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families or groups visiting the Bend area.

The property was as described. Everything was in order and clean for our arrival. As others have said, the driveway is super tight if you are driving a full size truck or SUV and there is not on street parking. Other than that it was great!

We had some trouble finding the house since it’s on Court instead of Road. The garage is basically unusable due to the narrow driveway and positioning of the garage (I’m unsure why it was built that way - it’s a two car garage but only one car fits at an angle). Tons of foxtails in the unkempt front and back yard so be careful if you bring a dog since these cause foreign bodies. Not a true four bedroom - you can use the office on the main floor as one with a pullout couch as the fourth but for the price, it would be nice to have a fourth bedroom. The living room is moderately comfortable and needs end tables, more seating, and a soundbar for the tv which is pretty quiet for the space. Kitchen and dining room seemed to work well for our needs. Overall, for the price, layout, and location would not stay here again.

Nice modern home, Master bed was comfy and house close to downtown. We did have a small dog and would have preferred a closed off yard area, but otherwise a great experience.

We loved our stay at the Hillside Haven! It was perfect for our group and our small dog. It was clean, modern, comfortable, stocked with everything we needed and in a fantastic location - a quick bike ride into downtown, nice and quiet also. We loved having the big garage to store our bikes and tubes. The hosts were also super responsive to questions and we actually stayed an extra night. The only thing that I would say is lacking (depending on how you plan to use the house) is the outdoor space. It's more a of small patio with a table and grill between the house and the garage, not a yard. But we were off enjoying everything Bend has to offer and didn't really end up using the outdoor space at all. The property is not fully fenced (we saw that mentioned in other reviews) so you can't leave your dog outside if they like to roam. The outdoor space also has a ton of foxtails or whatever they are called and we spent the first night picking a zillion of them out of our dog, so no off-leash for him. A super easy upgrade would be to put some towel hooks in the bathrooms so guests could hang their towels after showering. Anyway, outdoor space, hooks, and foxtails aside, we would absolutely stay there again - it's fantastic!
