This Provencal style villa is located on the hills of La Croix Valmer, in the middle of the umbrella pines.
It has a 5000 m² garden and pine forest planted with different species of Mediterranean trees.

Facing south facing the sea, it offers an exceptional panoramic view, overlooking the islands of Port-Cros and Porquerolles.
With family or friends, you can swim in a 12 x 5 m pool, which will delight young and old.
In the evening, you will share a moment of convivial relaxation, by going to a real space dedicated to petanque.

Thanks to a privileged location, you can easily get to Saint Tropez in 20 min, whatever the time of day and season.
You will be able to discover its famous market on Saturday and Tuesday.

Out of season, come and also discover "Les Voiles de Saint Tropez", from September 24th.

Located in a private domain in a residential area, you will enjoy nature, in peace.
Gigaro beach is 5 minutes away. This privileged place is part of the listed area of the coast.
From the beach, taking the customs trail along the wild coast, you will have access to beautiful beaches and coves.

This Provencal style house of 200 m² has three double bedrooms and a mezzanine that can accommodate two additional beds on 2 extra beds.

Super relaxing week

We had a lovely stay at the home. Great location and even better views. Outside is just magical. Inside the home has a great vibe and overall space, but the furniture etc could do with some renewals / repairs. Overall, we very very much enjoyed our stay with our family.

Wunderschönes und grosses Haus mit idealer Raumaufteilung und einem traumhaften Garten mit Meerblick. Zweckmässige Ausstattung, super Pool (allerdings nicht geheizt). Sehr gute Lage, Strand ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar, das Dorf Croix-Valmer in 10 Minuten. Auch Ramatuelle und Saint Tropez erreicht man gut.

Très mauvaise expérience dans cette villa.Températures insupportables (30C jour et nuit) sans climatisation mobile comme indiqué dans l’annonce. Un seul ventilateur, ancien et inefficace. Matelas en mauvais état, taché et affaissé. Draps troués, serviettes de bain usées.La vue mer mentionnée était inexistante. Aucun dispositif de sécurité sur place. La piscine était inutilisable : trop chlorée, mal entretenue et toujours sale. Le propriétaire a refusé de fournir les clés nécessaires pour sécuriser la piscine.Il a fallu attendre une semaine pour obtenir un parasol. Quant à la télévision, elle était inutilisable car la télécommande ne fonctionnait pas.Villa à éviter. Nous ne la recommandons absolument pas.

Great house, great location, wonderful views, great swimming pool. Only the mattress in the master bedroom was a challenge, but we certainly hope to come back next year.

idéal pour une petite famille

The house was perfect for a small family. It has a lovely pool and beautiful views from the terrace. The kitchen is well appointed and the host was very responsive when we needed additional items, such as beach towels. The beach gear at the house is not in great shape so I would recommend bringing your own umbrella or beach chairs. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon!

Beautiful place

Very nice and spacious villa with sensational view equipped with everything you need. Great pool and huge terrace, You easily recognize that the owners do use it themselves and preserve its Mediterranen style with love and care for details. We would change nothing, perhaps except the mattress in the master bedroom.
