Unit is fully updated and furnished, cute and safe for families! 1st bedroom is adult oasis featuring large balcony, queen bed and reading nook with direct lake Erie view. 2nd bedroom includes two sets of bunk beds with storage and window facing the lake. Functional kitchen includes everything you need plus more. This condo includes full size washer/drier, dishwasher, and air conditioning/heat. Comfortably seat 6 at dining room table, 2 at the bar, and 3 to 4 on living room balcony, also with amazing direct lake Erie view. Easy parking. Stroll out the backdoor for a relaxing walk along the breathtaking marina. Pool, hot tub and sauna, plus grills and basketball hoop on site. Enjoy a brief bike ride or safe walk on a sidewalk just 1 mile to the Jet Express and restaurants!

You deserve the easy life! Kitchenware, bath towels, linens, soaps, shampoo, paper products provided. Tips on area attractions available upon request.

Note: Unit is located on 2nd floor. No building elevator.
