Beautiful Home

The owner is meticulous and it shows. We rent a lot from VRBO so we have a lot to compare to. This house was VERY clean and very well maintained. There was nothing broken or “worn down” like you see in a lot of vacation rentals. Very well stocked with anything you need for a family vacation (with all the cooking at home). We will return to this house again. Thanks Scott!

Spectacular!

An amazing property with two homes, and all the amenities. Close to the beach, excellent swimming pool and hot tub, each bedroom has a bathroom, and it’s well supplied. This was a fantastic place for five couples to spend a week.

Nantucket Vacation

The house is well appointed with great water views and excellent sunsets from front deck. The walk to the beach down the hidden path is pleasant. You can’t see another house from the pool so you have privacy. All the bedrooms have en-suite baths, which makes it perfect for having adult guests. We definitely plan to come again.

A beautiful property and memorable vacation.

Our group of families loved "Positively Paradise". There was something for everyone from our youngest child at 4 years old to all of the adults. In particular, the layout is so spacious and the benefit of have a second house is understated. Everything was as we had hoped it would be .... with extras like games, fabulous beach chairs, 4 washing machines/dryers - all which made it easy to keep up with 8 children. We felt at home, and loved hearing the sound of the ocean while IN the pool .... at sunset!!! We look forward to summer of 2022! We can't wait to come back and appreciate Scott's responsiveness and communciation. A very speacial place.

Amazing!

Our stay at Positively Paradise was just that. The house beautiful and close to everything, yet very private. The pool was fabulous and we spent hours there relaxing each day while our kids loved taking the bike bath to the beach and park which were very close. Beautiful week

We had a wonderful week at Positively Paradise. The main house is beautifully designed + very clean and well furnished. The view across the brush to the ocean has a wonderful natural beauty. The pool/hot tub appeared brand new and was a lot of fun for the whole family. The second house was, if anything, even nicer than the main house, and provided great extra bedrooms and spaces for working remotely. We would definitely go back.

This property is a must see (rent). It started with meeting Scott at the point reservation, having him keep me informed of the process/expectations, and arriving in Nantucket to visit a beautiful 2 house compound. The value of the dollar is well worth it. See you next year!

Amazing Property

We loved our stay at Positively Paradise and Seaclusion. The property is absolutely stunning!! The location is private and relaxing. The home and newly completed pool w/hot tub was better then we could have imagined. The sunsets were spectacular. Behind the home there is a walking path to Tom Nevers beach which is private and beautiful. We had an amazing week!!

A perfect paradise

Positively Paradise and its cottage, Seaclusion, are two stunning residences. Both were extremely well appointed and clean, obviously well cared for by the owner. When I rented this property for my adult family ( 8 adults), I thought that some of us might stay in the cottage, but the main house was perfect for all of us to stay together, making our vacation extra special! What a great location for relaxation- A short walk to the beach, not too far but far enough from the airport, and the freedom to explore the entire island. We also were fortunate enough to have fabulous weather. It is definitely a property we would love to return to someday and the pool the owner is planning might make it even better!

Positively Paradise was Positively Perfect!

Our family vacation in Tom Nevers was wonderful! The home was within walking distance to the ocean and we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings on the southeast side of Nantucket. Both the main home and the cottage were fully equipped with the conveniences for us to vacation on the island with ease. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return to this amazing destination again! We are truly thankful to the owners for sharing their beautifully designed and furnished home with our family. Why they chose this property

Ocean views, private, peaceful, next to conservation land, beach path from home, and on the property exist an amazingly beautiful tree. The tree is apparently the largest American beech tree on the island which has been carefully sculpted by the wind into an artistic bonsai form. Must see to believe and appreciate!
