Enjoy a queen bed in the private bedroom, a full bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor dining, and a queen sofa-sleeper in the spacious living room. 

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Smoky Chelan

It’s summer on the lake but smoke is around. That said, that’s honestly the only downer; everything about the condo, location, pool, area to even get drinks (virgin and alcohol fun), lake, cleanliness, quietness…all was superb. Definitely will be back!!!

Room for Improvement

The sliding glass door in the unit to the balcony does not lock. The latch sounds like it’s engaged but you can pull the door open ..... not secure ! The carpet has nails sticking up where it transitions to tile both in the bedroom and living room. Don’t walk in bare feet !!! Both my wife and I felt the pain..... The larger property was dirty ..... hallways filthy and looked like they had not been swept or vacuumed in months. It was gross. The view from the unit is to die for.... nice ! All appliances in the unit worked as expected ..... the unit was clean .....
