Very nice comfortable apartment, in a quiet residence with a sea view over the bay of Cannes and the Lerins Islands.
A beautiful terrace (sun lounger and parasol) and a swimming pool to relax ....
The apartment is 70 m2 with a terrace of 40 m2.
It offers in-room a bathroom Italian. (Bed linen and towels provided) - Wifi Bureau.
Bar and kitchen with Nespresso machine. Large TV room - Veranda-dining room with views of the islands of Saint Honorat and Sainte Marguerite.
Location: 5 minute walk to the beach
25 minutes walk from the Festival Palace
Or: there is a bus at the bottom of the residence, which takes you to the Croisette center in 10 minutes.
Possibility parking in the residence.

Lage gut, auch Selbstversorger finden genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe von 1-2 KM. Wohnung ist nett für 2 Personen mit der Terrasse und Pool in der Nähe, das Schlafzimmer mit integriertem Bad ist jedoch ziemlich klein, das Bett zu Zweit fast zu klein

100!!!! Nadege and her place are truly amazing on every level!!!
This is one of the most beautiful places in the world and Nadege is a generous, highly engaged, kind and personal hostess. She focuses on every detail in creating her beautiful home and ensuring comfort and joy. He garden rooftop and it's view are to die for, the format of the apartment so elegant and the bedroom tucked away romantically to catch much needed sleep! Nadege the owner is so lovely and now a friend after staying two years. Consider yourself lucky to stay here -- the photos are dead on - and the place is probably more beautiful than what's shared if that's possible?!

* Emplacement même si la plage la plus proche est petite et bondée en été, les commerces sont nombreux mais plutôt accessibles en voiture
* Stationnement toujours disponible
* Copropriété calme, propre, sécurisée
* Piscine bien exposée
* Vue depuis la salle à manger
* Appartement propre, spacieux, bien décoré
* Cintres, serviettes, draps à disposition
* Cuisine équipée et fonctionnelle
* Connexion Wifi
Négatif :
* Vue gâchée par les bâtiments plus proches du bord de mer et par un arbre en plein milieu (évité sur les photos)
* Configuration de la terrasse qui ne permet pas vraiment de profiter de la vue
* Manque de rangement pour vêtements (la moitié d'une penderie pour deux pour une semaine était juste)
* Chambre et salle de bain attenante un peu exiguës
* Machine Nespresso indiquée sur l'annonce remplacée par machine filtre sans être prévenus
* Lave vaisselle en panne : ne faisait pas partie de l'équipement prévu mais dommage pour le tarif
* Lit un peu petit
* Volet cassé d'une fenêtre de la chambre donnant directement sur un lampadaire de la résidence : pas prévenus, nous avons du trouver une solution de fortune pour ne pas avoir la lumière du lampadaire dans la chambre et donc pour arriver à dormir
* Pas de sèche cheveux
* Hôte pressée à l'arrivée, délai de réponse correct par sms
Sans l'assurance de la réparation du volet et du lave vaisselle, nous ne recommanderions pas cette location, qui pourrait pourtant être très agréable.

Sehr schöne wohnung. Toller blick auf die bucht von Cannes. Wohnung ist wie auf den foto's. Das bett ist möglicherweise für einen grossen mann ein bischen klein.
