Amazing apartment in a wonderful location!

This apartment is absolutely wonderful! It's beautiful and we couldn't have asked for anything better for our holiday! It's really large and spacious, and is stunningly decorated. The lounge is bright and airy and it has a large dining table in there also. The kitchen is modern and really well equipped, giving you everything you need to make meals if you want to. It has 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet, and all of them are modern and super clean. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer which is great and an outdoor airer on the balcony. Oh my goodness the balcony! It's huge! And the views are incredible. You can sit and watch the world go by on the street below, see the horse racing at the race course - and they do a firework display afterwards on the nights they have racing, which is fabulous to watch! Sitting on the balcony you can see the sea and right the way round the bay, it's truly a wonderful place to spend time. We had breakfast on the balcony every day and some evening drinks and food on the nights we didn't go out. The bedroom is very clean and spacious and very comfortable, we slept well every night. Honestly there is not a single bad thing to say about this apartment, it's perfect. Location wise couldn't be better. It's about 6 miles outside of Nice centre, we used e-bikes most days which are fab! And it's walkable to the train station, which means you can get everywhere really easily. 10/10! Highly recommend. And Anne is a wonderful host! Thankyou!

Louise et son mari sont aussi formidables. Heureux et enchantés d’être dans mon appartement, cela m’a fait plaisir de les voir ainsi et de pouvoir partager leur enthousiasme. Ce sont des personnes très sympathiques et communicatives. En plus, ils ont laissé l’appartement très propre, ce qui fait vraiment plaisir et soulage lorsqu’on rentre dans l’appartement. Excellentes vacances en famille dans cet appartement particulièrement bien situé, tout proche de la mer, des commerces et avec une vue sur l'hippodrome idéale. L'intérieur est moderne et possède tout le confort souhaité. La place de parking est très appréciable. NEIGE ET MER

Notre petite famille s'est offert un séjour dans le sud et n'a pas été déçue de son choix. Agréable accueil et appartement qui correspond bien à l'annonce. Il est traversant, en tournant simplement la tête, on peut voir les montagnes enneigées et la plage avec les palmiers ! Génial non ? La terrasse permet de prendre les repas et même de prendre le petit déjeuner en plein soleil. La plage est bien à deux pas. Très bonnes vacances. A recommander sans hésiter.

Joli appartement trés bien ensoleillé, super clair, coquet, joliment décoré , très bien agencé, super emplacement, tout pour passer d'inoubliables vacances. La situation est parfaite, idéal pour les amateurs de plage à 3 mn de l'appartement. La terrasse est fort appréciable ensoleillée toute la journée, une vue sur la mer et l'hippodrome. Merci à la propriétaire qui est trés agréable, nous y reviendrons.

Super appartement, très bien ensoleillé, coquet, très bien agencé, très propres. Situation parfaite pour les amoureux de la mer. Vue superbe de la terrasse sur la mer, et sur l'hippodrome, qui est parfaitement située. Climat super, nous avons passé des vacances extraordinaires, nous y reviendrons. Merci à la propriétaire qui est fort agréable.
