About this property

Winterpoint Apres Ski Townhome • Walk to Main St. • Pool+Hot tubs

This spacious condo is located close to the 4 O'clock ski lift and the heart of Breckenridge for food, shopping, and special events. Also close to the condo is the free Gondola to Peaks 7 & 8, the Free Summit stage bus, and more.



This condo is spread over 3 floors. The ground floor entrance has plenty of space for coats and boots. The attached heated garage is a great place to keep the car snow-free and stash all of your outdoor toys.



Several steps down from the entry is a bunk room/bath en suite with a TV and seating. The bunk has a pyramid bunk bed with the queen bed below and a twin single above for a little one to be with you if need be. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. This is also a great space for kids to play and sleep.



The 2nd floor has a tall vaulted ceiling living room with a large screen TV, comfy sectional couch, and gas fireplace to cozy up to after a fun day on the slopes or summer hiking with our cool summer nights. From the living room, you can walk out onto the private deck to relax among the pines and grill dinner.



The dining area is up a half level and shares this level with the kitchen so people can gather together.  All that you need to prepare tasty memorable meals is in the stocked kitchen. Just off the kitchen is a laundry/pantry room with a washer/dryer and lots of storage for food. Completing the 2nd floor is a 1/2 bath.



The 3rd floor has a large master ensuite with a King bed and TV. Walk out to your own private 3rd-floor deck to sit and enjoy a morning cup of coffee with the pines surrounding you. The bathroom has a shower tub/combo.



The third ensuite bedroom, also on the 3rd floor, has a queen bed and a separate twin bunk bed set with a TV. Great for a family to share. The ensuite has a shower/tub combination. 



Max cars 2 - There will not be parking for campers, trailers, or oversized vehicles. 



Walk a short distance to the Upper Village pool with several more hot tub options and best of all an outdoor heated pool.



Please note: The pool and hot tubs are closed during off seasons (typically mid-April up to Memorial weekend and again typically after Labor Day through the slopes opening) for maintenance. Please reach out to us if you want to confirm if they are open or not before booking during those times.



There are more things to do in the area than your vacation time will permit (so plan your first stay now and then come back and stay with us for more!)! Wonderful Location and Beautiful Home

We had such a great time staying at this wonderful condo during our family vacation over New Years! The condo was beautiful and VERY clean. It is a very short walk to the slopes (ski in/ski out) and downtown Breckenridge. Plenty of space for everyone to gather around the kitchen table at night to play games, lounge in the living room to watch football and nice large bedrooms with very comfy beds. Highly recommend this house to large groups and families. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

We really enjoyed our stay , the unit was cute and comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. There was easy access to the ski lift . There was ample room for our family of 8 . My only complaint is after we left we heard from the manager that there was a broken stair rail and that we would be charge for it. Absolutely did not cause any sort of damage, the manager took care of it very quickly and we were not charged for it but it just seemed a little suspicious to be accused of something along those lines. So that would be weary of any claims on your deposit. Again the manager was amazing and we didn’t end up paying for it I just wonder if we hadn’t questioned it if we would’ve gotten charged

We enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen was very well stocked. We cooked every day and the kitchen had everything we needed. A couple things to say to future renters: the stairs are a lot for the elderly. And the lower bedroom is a double bottom bunk, a twin top bunk, and the futon is small. It was tight for a family of four with two teenagers. But we made it work. The pool and hot tubs in the area are perfect. We had a lot of fun. Thank you.

Perfect place and location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean well kept. The bed were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We had 2 families staying there and it worked out perfectly. It was a quick walk from the 4 O'Clock run at the end of the day. Unfortunately the snowflake lift was closed for the season, so we walked down the hill to the free shuttle. I would stay at this location again!

Great layout fantastic location

Comfortably fit 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 4 yr olds. The location could not be better it’s a 5 minute walk into town. Only complaint, which has probably been fixed is that a stairwell banister had come off the wall on one end leaving exposed screws and a potential danger to the littles. There were also no screens on the windows. Being summer and no A/C we needed to open the windows but this made me very nervous with curious little’s. Also some other small issues which did not affect our stay but when I communicated immediately upon arrival but there was no response. It really is a great location and great layout but for the $$ we would have expected things to be in better condition.

Fantastic customer care!

This property was undergoing maintenance and wouldn’t be ready in time for our stay. Katie called and told me that it wouldn’t be ready in time, but already had another unit available for us if we wanted it. The other unit was managed by someone else. The unit Katie was holding for us was great. She definitely took care of us. I am unable to rate this particular unit because we couldn’t stay there, but the customer service deserved 5 stars and I would definitely reserve any unit Katie manages, including this one.
