Fabulous open sunny layout features 4 full baths with glass showers, a gorgeous travertine fireplace, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite and stainless, and a large dining room table creating the perfect setting for your family vacation. Lovely decor and comfy, upscale furnishings provide plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax! Enjoy the lava fire pit on the patio, cook out on the gas grill, or unwind in the large soaking tub in the master suite after a day of adventure. Your furry dog friends are welcome too!
Each bedroom features luxury European style bedding, high thread count linens, fluffy duvets and its own full private bathroom! The master bedroom features a fabulous barn wood fireplace, perfect for winter nights. There is a sleeper sofa downstairs with linens and blankets provided for your additional guests, and an additional full bath with shower on the main level.
2 car garage provides off street parking and storage for your extra gear. Enjoy books, high speed internet and so much more!
Note: *There is a long term tenant in the studio apartment above the garage with a separate entrance.

Why they chose this property
We are so honored to care for this lovely home for the directors of Assist International, a non-profit organization that designs and implements humanitarian programs in the areas of Global Health, Orphaned & Vulnerable Children, Water, and Poverty Solutions that build capacity, develop opportunities, and save lives in the developing world. These big-hearted home owners are also grand parents and know how to host family! Their son-in-law designed and built the home with family gatherings in mind. They are delighted to share their Bend home with your family too!
What makes this property unique
The Red Door has 4 full bathrooms with glass showers and gorgeous tile finishes. The downstairs bath also features a glass shower so guests sleeping on the comfy sleeper sofa also have a private shower. We LOVE the lava rock fire pit on the patio, perfect for enjoying a Central Oregon sky filled with stars!
