About this property
Luxury Home in Old Town: Prime Location- Steps to Main St. & Slopes
Renovated Modern Home in Historical Old Town, Park City. 8 Minute walk to the Town Lift or <5minutes up the Third Street staircase (next to the house) to the Town Runs off Norfolk. 3500+ sq ft. with newly added Garage and heated driveway for parking. 1 staircase up from Historical Main Street and thus steps away from restaurants and shopping. We gut renovated this home and are renting it out selectively as this home is mostly for our family's use. Thus all the fixtures, furniture & amenities etc. are of the quality we feel fit for our friends and family. It is our favorite place to go to relax (after a day on the slopes of course). We put a lot of thought and care into the renovation and it has been a great retreat for us through all seasons, and we hope it can be the same of you. No Shoes or ski equipment in the house. The Master Bedroom is locked out (and was not included in the room count nor square footage).
Hot Tub and and Shed for Ski Equipment storage is available to guests.

About the host
Hosted by Liz Lin

We are New Yorkers who love going out west. We purchased this home in 2013 and completed a gut renovation in 2014. We underwent another round of additions in 2019 with work completed end of 2020 (Garage, New Mudroom, Heated Driveway). We maintained the home solely for our own use for until 2018 when we welcomed our son. We rented out for the 18/19 ski season, and then shut it down for another round of improvements that took over a year to complete. We are very proud of the home and it is our favorite place to go to get away from the city, and hope you can enjoy it as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
This house is in one of the best locations in Park City. It is steps away form Historical Main Street with also great access to the ski runs of Park City Mountain. The home was originally built in 1895 and is nestled in the small district of old mining houses that have maintained the charm of the past, but has rapidly become the most desired neighborhood of luxury homes in Park City.
