About this property

Two story home located in an exclusive neighborhood. This community has a private boardwalk maintained by the HOA that takes you directly to the beach just a short walk away. When you get tired of the beach you are located just 10 miles south of Downtown St. Augustine. This is a 4 bedroom three bath home with two bedrooms and one bath upstairs and 2 bedrooms and 2 baths downstairs. It also has a laundry area with a full size washer/dryer. This house can comfortably sleep 9 adults. Recently remodeled with new bath downstairs and newer kitchen. new furnishings in living room area. Just one hour and about 30 minutes to Disney World and a 4 minute walk though the neighborhood to the beach.

This house has an amazing location close to downtown St.Augustine with all of its live music, amazing restaurants and incredible shopping. But also a 5 minute walk to the beach on the boardwalk in the neighborhood.
