In the house you'll also find a Large Kid's Room, Living Room, Dining area, plus a Laundry Room/MIni Office space... If you need to have a little quiet work time.
The Sand & Ocean are only Steps Away!

Gaze at the Starry Night Skies later in the evening.
There are NO streets to cross, as you head to the water...
There are also NO Cars driving on our Beaches from here to the the State Park Beach.
The Beaches from here thru to the Anastasia State Park Beach are clean & beautiful.
No cars or traffic on this end of St Augustine beach so it feels much more peaceful and pristine.
That includes our delicious ocean waters.
A great place to gather or retreat.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish

We kindly ask guests to leave home as clean & tidy as possible. Your cleanliness helps us focus on deep cleaning between guests.
Please, Keep up with towels and dishes during your visit.
Please maintain clean dishes during your visit. Avoid leaving a pile of dishes in the sink. Please only do smaller loads of laundry so to not offset the washer. Make sure to keep up with towels daily
Upon departure, return keys to the kitchen cabinet hook and leave doors unlocked. Cleaning crew arrives at 11 AM on checkout day.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
