This Beach Resort Condo is an awesome, newly remodeled, over-sized unit at Panama City Beach's best full-service/full-amenity resort, Edgewater Beach Resort. Even better, our ground level unit makes it quick and easy to unload your luggage and your groceries...so you can start your vacation without waiting for an elevator! The beach is a quick, 150-yard walk, or you can catch a ride on the resort’s complimentary tram. Edgewater has something for everyone as amenities include the lagoon pool (one of the resorts 11 pools and 4 hot tubs), splash pad, two on-site restaurants and bars, corner store with ice cream bar and Starbucks coffee, golf club, tennis center, gym, basketball courts, shuffleboard, daily activities, and more!
Enjoy sunrise from the villa’s patio while sipping your coffee. The condominium overlooks the first hole of the golf course and a tranquil pond, complete with a beautiful fountain, that is stocked with fish and turtles. A private, heated, building pool (one of the 11 on the resort property) is in back of the unit!
The condominium is a split-bedroom villa. You will find an immaculate unit that you will quickly call home. Every decorating detail is tropical. The master suite has a large walk-in closet, double vanities, a separate bathing area, and a garden tub. Linens, towels, and dry goods are included. Three updated flat-screen cable TVs, two covered patios, a beach restaurant and lagoon pool, and parking right outside the door make vacation condominium living a luxury!

What makes this property unique
Purchasing this unit was a no-brainer for our family! When we're not settled into our beach chairs, you can often find us enjoying the sun rising over the golf course from our porch. The master bedroom's garden tub makes every trip relaxing, and the specious kitchen makes cooking a fun family event for us. Better yet, our ground floor unit makes it easy to unpack luggage and groceries! We never have to wait for an elevator or climb the stairs--so we can get to our favorite beach chairs that much faster!
