Plenty of room for family gatherings in one of two living areas each with its own fireplace and flat screen TV or find a quiet place to be alone and read a book. Enjoy a friendly game of shuffleboard on our brand new 12 foot table. Roast hotdogs and make smores by the firepit Or stargaze from the outdoor hot tub on the lower deck. This quiet getaway truly is centrally located to all the area attractions and activities. Fine dining, local festivals, and mountain vistas are some of the local attractions our guests enjoy. These forests feature hundreds of miles of trails, exquisite waterfalls and beautiful mountaintop views. What a great mountain home!

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful home in the mountains. Tari and Jim had every ready for us. The house was clean and very nicely and tastefully furnished. Could not have asked for a more comfortable and private home. What a view!!! Almost hated to leave it each day to go exploring and hiking. Wish we could have stayed a month!!!

Asheville Getaway

Tarri and Jim's place was great and exactly as depicted in their listing. The home has a fantastic view from the back deck and all the needed amenities for a wonderful getaway. The home itself is about a 20-25 minute drive from downtown Asheville and requires driving over a dirt road with a fairly steep incline - just make sure you drive really slow making it up the hill. Check-in and out was a breeze and the owners were easy to communicate with. Overall, I would highly recommend the home!

Beautiful View

While we did go in to Asheville several times, we could have easily stayed at the house and enjoyed ourselves. Our group had several that like to cook and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. We spent many hours outside on the deck enjoying the beautiful views. I can’t think of a single thing that could have been added to the house to make our stay any better. Great place to relax and unwind.

My wife and I stayed here with another couple. The way the house is laid out we were able to have our separate spaces with the master on the main floor and another full size bedroom with a king bed downstairs which was perfect. House is pretty secluded aside from a few houses in the cul-de-sec. Everything was very clean. Views were excellent. It’s 20 minutes from Asheville so it’s pretty close but definitely not in the city.

Incredible view & location!

Spent a few days in this lovely cabin with my wife and two young kids. The house, property, everything was absolutely amazing. We spent afternoons on the deck, watching the sunset and enjoying our dinner. The kids loved the hot tub, fire pit, and shuffle board table. The cabin is in the perfect location where you are close enough to Asheville, and all of the other amenities, but you are high enough up in the mountains to feel secluded and enjoy some much-needed, peace and quiet. Tarri was super easy to communicate with, and the whole process from beginning to end was super easy, thank you so much!
