Perfect Getaway

We had a lovely time at this condo, we were so close to food and entertainment and the golf cart was a lot of fun. Even with the rain storms we saw during that week we had an outstanding time. Will return!

The place is nice and golf cart was wonderful. The floors and showers need to be cleaned better. The bed in the suite in the front of the house has a broken slat bed with your head going down hill and makes awful noises when you get in and out.

Was a little disappointed - floors were not the cleanest, had to deal with a few live and dead bugs, no shower-caddy in the downstairs shower, golf cart is (while nice to have) kind of slow. Not the greatest place but not the worst either. I do not plan to stay at this property again, for what that's worth.

Great Property!

Such a nice property for a small family! Very clean and cozy, with no issues at all. Having a golf cart available was a huge plus. There were even chairs for the beach which was awesome. The only feedback we have is the shower seemed at one time to have a door but had a curtain so floor got wet. In addition there was a huge plant off the back patio making it interesting to try to walk out the back. These were minor inconveniences to us, so we still rate 5/5.

Wonderful!

We stay at Sandestin Golf and Beach resort every summer. This is our third summer staying on the golf course. The property provides a golf cart, which made exploring sunrise, sunset, Grand Boulevard and all the resort offerings very convenient. The kitchen is stocked nicely with one exception: oven mitts. The entire space has laminate floors, making cleaning/sweeping the floors so easy and kept the unit clean. There is lots of storage space for belongings in both the bedrooms and the downstairs bathroom. The beach chairs available for use in the unit are so handy (tote them like a book sack on your back) and really comfy and sturdy. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience again this year. We love Sandestin, and this property was fabulous!

Apparently your system with golf cart inspections need tweeking.

So many quality features with this rental!

This resort area was easily navigated with the provided golf cart, it was a short trip through the tunnel to the beach club with plenty of parking. The beach access had chairs and umbrella service that we purchased but we could have easily used the provided items in their beach closet! There was also a restaurant where you could get food and drinks. I mention it because I never rented in this area (Bay side) because I wanted to be at the beach! This was better because we had a beautiful view of the bay and golf course and were able to drive up and park at the unit. We were easily able to get to the Baytown Wharf and Grand Shops by (4 seater) golf cart for dining and shopping! The rental has shuttle passes, too, which we never used but it was provided. There was so much to do we never went to either pool that we could have used. There's pickle ball courts, golf and mini golf (for a fee), basketball, and more. In the unit there were 3 full bathrooms!! The washer and dryer, refrigerator and dishwasher were high capacity and quality! The (new) mattresses and tvs were great quality as well. I've stayed at newer places but felt this one had so many positives for our family that it is one of my top places we've stayed.

Family Vacation

This property was exactly what the pictures showed! It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The beach closet was a plus! Location was perfect! The pools are close by and the beach is close as well! The house came with a golf cart but was wrecked prior to our stay so when we got there we didn’t have one but they got us a loaner and it was the biggest plus of all!! The property manager was very nice and communicated fast! I will definitely rent this spot again. There was one thing I noticed the downstairs bathroom needs a real good cleaning with some bleach it had a urine odor to it.

Needs updating

The property needed some updating. There were stains on the ceilings. The shower drained slow and held water. The floor trim by the outdoor patio was all off of the floor. We were not super pleased and would most likely not choose this specific unit again.
