All the rooms in the villa are positioned in such a manner to benefit to the fullest of living outdoors. It’s close to several dive sites & kite surfing beach Atlantis and the city of Kralendijk. You are also a few steps away from the ocean and the beautiful ‘Delfins Beach Resort’.

The house has been made of natural materials with subdued shades, private lush garden, lofty ceilings and dark stone floors to solidify Piet Boon’s desired feeling for luxury with a cool, barefoot style. It offers a perfect retreat for even the most discerning guests. Privacy and ideal positioning to the sun and sea are secured. Indoor and outdoor living merge seamlessly and making this property a true house in the tropics where you and your guests can entertain & enjoy. Villa Iguana is situated at the south side of ‘Punt Vierkant’. There is enough space around for you to enjoy shade as well as sunshine, a colorful hammock in the garden, private yoga classes alongside the magna pool or a chef to prepare you a fantastic private dinner. The listed rate is based on an occupancy of 1–2 guests. An additional fee applies for each extra guest, per night.

During the Christmas and New Year period, a minimum stay of 14 nights is required. Please note that a fixed rate applies for the villa during this period, regardless of occupancy.
