You are one block from 3rd street and 3 blocks from Washington St so walking to restaurants, shops, breweries and bars along these two main arteries of Marquette is an easy stroll. NMU, Lake Superior, Lower Harbor and the hospital are also within walking distance. Perfect landing pad to explore Marquette. Enjoy the spectacular IMBA Bronze level mountain biking trails; immaculately groomed cross country ski tails; multiple hiking trails; kayaking; canoeing; paddle boarding; sandy beaches. Great for business travelers, solo, couples or small families. High speed WIFI included. This is an upstairs apartment.
