Beautiful apartment of 65 m2, facing East / West. The large living / kitchen of 40 m2 opens via 2 large windows on a terrace of 13 m2 with a 180 ° view of the ocean
What we appreciate is of course its great comfort, the view of the sea, its calm, its sunshine but also the proximity of the beach (1mn), the city center (5 minutes), the port (3 minutes) and the TGV (20 mn on foot)

Petit paradis

Un superbe sejour face a un panorama magnifique digne d un tableau qui change au fil des heures. L’appartement est decore avec soin et tres agreable a vivre. Un proprietaire tres chaleureux et acceuillant. Avec en plus, un concierge aussi gentil que serviable. Tout pour etre heureux dans un cadre idylique.

Sejour tres agreable, la vue sur la mer et la baie de la baule est fabuleuse, a toute heure de la journée! L’appartement est tres bien equipé, la decoration est soignee, la personne qui nous accueille est aux petits soins. Nous reviendrons ! Petite suggestion mineure pour atteindre la perfection: rajouter des pinces pour les fruits de mer dans l’equipement de la cuisine :-)

Vue exceptionnelle sur le port, la plage du Pouliguen et la baie de la Baule

L'appartement est très fonctionnel, très beau et on s'y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Le décor est raffiné. De par sa situation sur la plage du Nau, on profite du matin au soir de cette vue magnifique. C'est exceptionnel !
