Checking in and out were smooth, the landlord was quite flexible and friendly.The property was well equipped, well situated and we couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation.We were given a welcome bottle of rosé, which was such a kind gesture.The property is well situated, close to a bus stop but we drove and had a parking space. Overall we had a lovely experience with this property and will be back hopefully soon.The only improvement will be to have cotton towels for the kitchen and sort out the WiFi for upstairs.

De woning was netjes en schoon. De bank was wat doorgezeten en het tweepersoonsbed was erg smal. De ontvangst was prima. De tuin aan de voorzijde van het appartement werd iedere avond besproeid, waardoor er heel veel muggen zaten die er vrolijk op los prikte als je op het terras zat. In het weekend stond de oprit vol auto's van het bezoek van de eigenaren. Door de week werd er door de eigenaar werkzaamheden verricht aan de bestrating in voortuin met bijbehorende geluidsoverlast. Plus stankoverlast door het gebruik van chloor. Als je op het terras zit hoor je zowel de autosnelweg als de trein, dus genieten van de stilte is er niet bij. Beide hoor je ook in de slaapkamers.

Fonctionnel, confortable et très bon accueil

Impeccable. Logement qui semble très récent, très bien agencé pour une petite famille. Les hôtes qui habitent à côté sont très sympas et disponibles. L'emplacement est un bon point de départ pour des balades dans la région de Montpellier. La climatisation dans les chambres est un plus en plein été dans la région.

Für uns Perfekt

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung war für uns Perfekt fast wie ein kleines Haus im Grünen. Schön ruhig gelegen aber mit allen Geschäften die man braucht in der Näheren. Den Kilometer langen Strand erreicht man gut mit dem Auto in 20 Minuten, nach Montpellier haben wir den Zug genommen in 10 Minuten ist man in der Stadt Unsere Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Urlaub.

A Fantastic apartment, clean, quiet, well maintained

This is a perfect place to be as it is close to Montpellier and yet set aside in the beautiful commune of Saint-Bres. The apartment is within the owner's gated grounds. It has a balcony two bedrooms and a lovely kitchen with all the equipment and creature comforts. I stayed there for a few weeks and then decided to stay in the area longer and renewed my stay here. If I am back in this area of France then this is where I will want to stay again. Hamid Rssooulian

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable en famille, reposant, le gîte est parfaitement équipé pour une famille, la climatisation est egalement tres appreciable dans les chambres. La situation géographique du gîte est idéale pour visiter la région (Nime s,Montpellier, Avignon,La Camargue et Sete par exemple à moins d'une heure). Gîte également proche de toutes commodités, nous le recommandons à tous et remercions Monsieur Salager pour son accueil.

belle location propre et confortable!.. Les propriétaires habitant sur place, sont présents et disponibles, soucieux de notre bien être.. La location bénéficie d'une climatisation fort agréable lors des fortes chaleur du Sud!! , la terrasse ombragée est également très appréciable. L'endroit est calme et assez intéressant pr des visites Variées ( grotte de Clamouse, Pont du Gard, arènes de Nimes, Camargue, St Ghilem le Désert, Pont du diable....)
