Rental charming, quiet and ideally located between Ibiza and Sant Josep

Old finca renovated Finca Fontana consists of a main house (2 bedrooms, bathroom / wc, entrance with stove, living room with fireplace, open kitchen, large veranda overlooking the pool area) and a casita ( 2 bedrooms, bathroom / wc). These two elements combine around a patio equipped with a barbecue.

Extension of the pool (9m x 4.5m), a large living space and relax (chill out bar pool with BBQ).

Situated on a large (2 600 m²), the finca (210 m² ground floor) is quietly on the hill. Facing south, it offers a view on the nice garden. The proximity of Ibiza, Sant Josep and the most beautiful beaches of the island (Sa Caleta, Cala Jondal, Ses Salines, Cala d'Hort) enables everyone.

All rooms are air conditioned.
Connected to the network for running water, Fontana Finca can also be fed by rainwater collected in his well.

The perfect Ibizan hideaway!

We stayed in Eric’s gorgeous property for a week in July. The location is brilliant - really near the airport and Ibiza town but still feels rural and secluded. The layout of the property was really special with thoughtful seating areas around each corner. The attention to detail in the interior design of this property was particularly good. Lots of beautiful lighting for the evening, comfortable places to sit, lots of glasses and bowls for sharing food. Our children also loved the pool area and we spent many hours enjoying the pool and back garden area, finding little geckos in the rocks. If we were to own a home in Ibiza it would look like this!

Ibiza for a week

The property is well located, only 10 minutes from the airport, but quiet and serene. Also a quick drive from Ibiza town. The grounds were larger than expected and are private and secluded. Check in was easy, as was communication with the property manager. Please note that while the bedrooms are air conditioned, the common areas of the house are not, so you have to leave doors open to the mosquitos. The mattresses and pillows could definitely be upgraded. All in all, the property is beautiful with comfortable, covered outdoor areas, a wonderful pool and landscaping. We had an enjoyable stay.

Maison magnifique, hôte aux petits soins, et prestations de qualité. Seul petit bémol, maison dans un hameau, il ne faut donc pas faire trop de bruit, au vu de la localisation je ne pensais pas qu’il y aurait autant de voisins. Dans l’ensemble, expérience parfaite ! Je recommande

Idéal !

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille dans la villa d’Éric. Tout a été fait pour nous arranger (arrivée et départ) avec une particulière disponibilité d’Éric et des personnes sur place. La maison est très agréable avec plein de petits espaces pour se poser et différents endroits pour manger. Grande piscine et jardin spacieux. Merci pour ce séjour parfait !

Tres agréable séjour dans la très belle maison d’Eric Propriété très plaisante, bien équipée et idéale pour deux familles avec des lieux de vie communs pour la journée et deux espaces nuits biens distincts. Wohlfühloase!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Finca. Es gibt super viele Sitzgelegenheiten und Terrassen im klassischen Ibiza Style. Wer eine Finca mit Charme sucht ist genau richtig. Schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.

Très bonne expérience

La maison est superbe, dans les codes traditionnels de déco de l'île. Le quartier est très calme tout en étant proches des commodités et des points importants à voir de l'île. Super séjour de 4 jours. La décoration est très typique et l 'extérieur soigné. Plein de recoins pour passer un agréable séjour. Position idéal sur l'ile. Proche des grands axes. Aide sur place très appréciée pour l’accueil et solutionner les petits soucis . Je recommande fortement!

Sfeervol ingericht, ruim met veel leuke plekjes binnen en buiten. Niet superluxe zoals in sommige Ibiza villa's , maar voor deze prijs, dit segment, prima. Ideaal voor twee gezinnen met per gezin een eigen slaapgedeelte met badkamer. Goede ligging, tussen de groene heuvels, alles wat de moeite waard is binnen korte afstand: afwisselende baaien in zuid en west, veel fijne restaurants en steden sant Josep en Ibiza stand binnen 10-20 min. Mooie baaien in het noorden 30-45 min. Auto is een must, je gaat niet te voet ergens naar toe

Het noorden binnen 30-45 min.
