SEJOUR EN FAMILLE A ROYAN

Appartement très agréable dans une très belle résidence, calme, conforme à l'annonce. On peut tout faire à pied: les plages, le marché, le supermarché. Tout est fait pour qu'on s'y sente bien. Le propriétaire est très chaleureux et très attentionné, la personne qui nous accueille, est disponible et sérieuse. Nous avons passer de très bonnes vacances, très belle région, une semaine c'est court pour tout faire. On y retournera.

Appartement très bien équipé, de beau standing et superbe, dans une résidence très calme, d'une très bonne disposition et très propre. Très bien situé à 100 m d'une grande surface, à 10mn à pied du marché et de tous les commerces. Choix des plages à en moyenne 15mn à pied. Propriétaire très accueillant et très sympathique. Super appartement dans une résidence de standing

L’appartement est grand, très fonctionnel, et très propre, la literie de grande qualité, l’équipement est tout à fait complet. En plus, il bénéficie de 2 terrasses, d’un box fermé au sein d’un parking souterrain sécurisé. La résidence est calme et située à 15/20 mn à pieds de la plage. Le propriétaire et la personne qui accueille sont très attentives au bien-être de leurs hôtes. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Appartement vaste avec toutes les commodites et un garage en sous sol avec accès direct à l’ ascenseur l’ appartement est calmée bien agencé.le marché est à 5mn à pied , la plage delà grande couche à 15 mn à pied.on peut aller à pied à pontaillac. J’ ai beaucoup apprécié le calme , la terrasse sur l’ arrière.le propriétaire est très sympathique ainsi que la personne qui s’ occupe de la remise des clefs.

Résidence très agréable, de très bonnes prestations, L'appartement très spacieux, très fonctionnel, une très bonne exposition Une grande terrasse avec vue sur un jardin plaisant et très bien agrémenté. l'appartement est à proximité du marché central de Royan ( le 2ème plus beau marché de France) pour les amateurs de bonne " bouffe" c'est super! Le secteur est calme. Je recommande cette location, vous ne serez pas déçu.

Super appartement, grand, très lumineux dans une copropriété très calme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande terrasse équipée de stores. L'emplacement est parfait pour accéder au centre de Royan à pied. Ajouté à cela un propriétaire à l'écoute et un excellent accueil, nous le recommandons chaleureusement.

Appartement très agréable, tout confort, propre, lumineux et bien équipé, dans une résidence de standing, calme et sécurisée, à proximité des commerces (supermarché accessible à pied et ouvert même le dimanche), du marché pour les produits frais et les plaisirs de l'été, du centre ville et de la plage de la grande Conche également accessible à pied. Idéal pour se rendre aux "Violons sur le sables" sans les difficultés de stationnement ! Descriptif parfaitement conforme à l'annonce. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et soucieux du bien être de ses hôtes, ce qui est très agréable et appréciable. A retenir. Nous y retournerons probablement.
