Alright as a base

Nice place,, however lots of trees vegetation around the villa , we wernt able to be around the pool or barbecue area after 4pm because of the volume mosquitoes which was disappointing. The outside shower room around the pool didnt work.

Le séjour à frejus s’est très bien passé dans cette merveilleuse villa familiale. Les photos correspond exactement à la réalité et l’emplacement est magnifique à 10min de la plage et de son marché et à proximité de tous commerces. Je recommande fortement et reviendrait sans aucune hésitation.

Magnifique séjour en juillet dans cette villa superbement aménagée et bien équipée pour y passer d'agréables vacances en famille: situation, tranquillité, piscine sécurisée, confort des chambres et équipement très complet mis à disposition. Une superbe semaine sur la Cote d'azur en famille

Nous avons passé très bonne vacances avec nos enfants. Son emplacement est vraiment idéal : au calme et à la fois près des plages et des commerces. Nombreux sites de visites et d'attractions à proximité : Nice, Cannes et St Tropez sont à moins d'une heure de la maison. La piscine et le jardin sont magnifiques : palmiers, oliviers, sans aucun vis à vis. Amateur de repos et de calme, la Villa a répondu à nos attentes : propreté, équipements conformes au descriptif et literies de qualité. Nous recommandons tout particulièrement au famille avec enfants et animal de compagnie, car ils ont beaucoup apprécié le grand jardin avec sa cabane. Nous avons aimé la grande cours et que le propriétaire nous permettre d'amener notre bateau cela nous a permis de superbes ballades en mer. Sohie

Hi, I'm particular and I decided after a family event to rent the family villa with swimming pool. I live in France and I'm still in professional activity. I am 47 and we enjoy the villa in mid season.

Why they chose this property

Very Friendly family home in French Riviera, not far from the beaches, the Esterel Mountains. The house is very close to major tourist spots in the region (Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Saint-Tropez), which make it a very pleasant holiday resort in any season. In summer, the private pool and terrace will allow you to fully appreciate the sun. 15 minutes after, you may laze on the beautiful beaches of the area, rent a boat to enjoy a trip by sea or swimming near the islands, shopping in the streets of Saint Raphael and Frejus , or enjoy a relaxing time in Port Fréjus, the marina, around a cocktail, an ice cream or a good meal. Night parties are bound with n shady bar and discos of the waterfront. On July 14 and fireworks over the bay view from the terrace will be a magical moment.

South facing pool, large garden, property located in a green residential area, nearby (5 minutes by car), all the tourist attractions within 1/4-hour drive. Highway exit 5 minutes (A8), Nice airport less than an hour away.
