Semi-detached villa completely renovated, waterfront with stunning sea views. Closed residence with secure private parking (gate, digital code and beep) and very quiet, in a large landscaped park with direct and private access to the small sandy and pebble beach of the "Calanque des Louvans", and 700 meters from the large sandy beach of Saint-Aygulf. Ideally located near the city center (5 mins walk), all shops and restaurants, as well as multiple activities such as: hiking, fishing, cycle paths, body of water, surfing, sailing, golf, horse riding, water parks and leisure, go-kart track, disco, etc ... Saint-Aygulf is located between the Gulf of Saint-Raphaël and the Gulf of Sainte-Maxime, 8 km from Saint Raphaël, 30 km from Saint-Tropez and 40 km from Cannes.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans une maison extrêmement bien équipée et dans un endroit idyllique. L’accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux et convivial. Toutes les délicates attentions nous ont vraiment touchés. Un très grand merci pour tout.

Ein wunderschönes elegantes Urlaubsdomizil direkt am Meer

Das Haus liegt in einer gesicherten Anlage direkt am Meer mit Zugang durch grosses Tor mit Code. Das Parken war für uns, auch mit Anhänger, kein Problem. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, 2 Stöckig, mit leiser Klimaanlage, sehr grossem Kühlschrank und vielen Küchenutensilien, elegant und angenehm eingerichtet mit allen Extras, die man im Haushalt benötigt und noch netten Annehmlichkeiten. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist grandios mit grosser langgezogener Terrasse direkt zum Meer führend. Es verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 davon mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr gut mit elektrischen Jalousien abgedunkelt und die Matrazen sehr angenehm. Das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Anlage hat einen separaten Eingang zum Strand und eine seperate Dusche. Der Kiesel-Strand und die felsigen Buchten sind sehr schön und eignen sich hervorragend zum Schnorcheln und anderen Wasseraktivitäten. Ein Spaziergang entlang dem Küstenpfad, der auch direkt hinter dem Zaun der Terrasse führt, ist besonders in den frühen Morgenstunden zu empfehlen und sehr interessant. Einkaufen und Bäcker ist zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Der schöne Sandstrand und auch andere Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung sind sehr gut möglich, nur Stau wäre zu beachten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, freundlich, zuvorkommend und sympathisch, sprechen aber nur Französisch. Sie haben uns auch bei zu früher Anreise sehr herzlich begrüsst und willkommen geheissen. Insgesamt können wir uns ein Wiederkommen sehr gut vorstellen und haben den schönen Urlaub sehr genossen, vielen Dank!

Wonderful -traumhaft - en rêve

Das Haus ist wunderschön und die Lage ist perfekt. Zum kleinen Kieselstrand sind es nur ein paar Stufen und der tolle Sandstrand ist auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns hier vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Besonders in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, so dass wir oft selbst gekocht haben und anschließend auf der Terrasse mit Meerblick gegessen haben. Patricia D. und ihr Mann sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Nach unserer langen Anreise erwartete sie uns mit kalten Getränken. Sie war immer erreichbar und hat immer sofort versucht alles zu regeln. Wir wissen jetzt schon, dass wir gerne wiederkommen werden, da die Lage perfekt ist, um die Côte D Azur zu erkunden und man dennoch seine Ruhe hat. Ein ganz großes Lob für solche tollen Gastgeber mit einem traumhaft schönen Haus. La résidence est magnifique et l‘endroit est idéal. Un petite plage de galets se trouve à quelques mètres de la résidence et la plage de sable se situe 5 minutes plus loin. La résidence est parfaitement aménagée. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été bien accueilli et nous avons profité pleinement de notre séjour. Particulièrement dans la cuisine, tout était disponible ce qui nous a permis de cuisiner nous-même. Ensuite, nous avons mangé sur la terrasse avec vue sur mer. Patricia D. et son mari sont très gentils, serviables et aimables. Après notre long voyage, elle nous a accueilli avec des boissons rafraîchissantes. Elle était toujours joignable et elle a toujours réglé les choses de suite. Nous savons déjà que nous allons revenir dans cette résidence car l‘endroit était idéal pour découvrir la Côte d‘Azur tout en ayant sa tranquillité. Un tout grand merci pour cet accueil chaleureux et la magnifique résidence! Merci beaucoup

Location en excellent état, en tout point conforme à la description, décoration soignée. Superbe vue sur le large, notamment depuis une des chambres. Du fond du jardin, qui surplombe le sentier des douaniers, belle vue sur la baie de Saint Raphaël (on a même pu profiter de 2 feux d'artifice à l'occasion du 14 juillet). Des attentions des propriétaires très appréciables : à l'arrivée boissons fraiches dans le frigo et lits faits. Contacts faciles et cordiaux en cas de besoin. La résidence est agréable : plusieurs groupes de maisons mitoyennes dans un grand parc. Plage de galets au pied de celle-ci. Les commerces et le marché (journalier en juillet) sont accessibles à pied en 10 petites minutes, et le caddie mis à disposition est bien pratique. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation cette location
