Closed residence with secure private parking (gate, digital code and beep) and very quiet, in a large landscaped park with direct and private access to the small sandy and pebble beach of the "Calanque des Louvans", and 700 meters from the large sandy beach of Saint-Aygulf. Ideally located near the city center (5 mins walk), all shops and restaurants, as well as multiple activities such as: hiking, fishing, cycle paths, body of water, surfing, sailing, golf, horse riding, water parks and leisure, go-kart track, disco, etc ... Saint-Aygulf is located between the Gulf of Saint-Raphaël and the Gulf of Sainte-Maxime, 8 km from Saint Raphaël, 30 km from Saint-Tropez and 40 km from Cannes.
