The host was thoughtful and was always available when needed. They had everything we needed and more. Enjoyed the backyard with so much space and made a fire for hotdogs and marshmallows. They had a nice dog pad and Johnny our dog loved it!!! The kitchen had everything we needed! And their beds are so comfortable!! We would stay there again!

Our family and dog thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Wonderful, fenced in yard with fire pit, comfortable seating with table and chairs to enjoy meals from the grill, and awesome lighting at night! Within easy walking distance to all Breezy attractions!

Backyard oasis

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was our third year there, and there were great updates to the property. Lots of fun playing frisbee, having a family cornhole tournament, and sitting by the fire.

Our stay at this property was excellent. A big beautiful fenced in backyard for our dog. We had other family members in other cabins on the Breezy resort property so the location was perfect! Appreciated the extra amenities like shampoo/conditioner, coffee and extra pillows! Very welcoming and clean. Definitely would stay here again!! Communication with owner on arrival was easy and responses were immediate! Perfect for our family of 3 plus our dog!

Communication was excellent, very easy check in and check out instructions, loved the property’s location and backyard for our dogs. The only drawback was the coffee maker, so we needed to go find a spot for coffee each day. Otherwise we really enjoyed the stay.

Adorable Bungalow, fantastic yard

We Stayed at Breezy Point to be near friends. The cottage was perfect. Roomy but not overly huge. Complete kitchen with coffee available for us. The back yard was wonderful and fully fenced. Next time we will bring the dog.

This is our 2nd stay and we absolutely love the house! It is so clean and tastefully decorated! The backyard is amazing, as is the fire pit! Kelsey and Ryan are tremendous hosts. We really enjoyed the great communication, and the new washer/dryer unit! Can’t wait to return next year!!

My 12 yo daughter, our dog Twinkie and myself spent a long weekend there and we had such a comfortable, cozy, fun time. Very clean, close to Breezy Point Marina, quaint Nisswa and several beautiful trails. The fenced in yard is a big plus for dogs and also privacy. We will be back for sure!

Great location, Amazing Yard

We were very pleased with the cabin we rented. It is very clean, well appointed, and in great shape. The yard was amazing and the pillows were better than what you get even in nicer hotels. If you’re looking for a wheelchair accessible location, there is a small step at the front door. But a 1.5’ suitcase ramp will work perfectly.

Great little cabin

Our stay at Kelsey and Ryan's cabin was great. They had all the things needed to enjoy a weekend away. They even have a dog line that our dog was able to run on outside (much better than being on a leash). The location was perfect, we walked to Dockside one afternoon and enjoyed food and music at the Commander just a short walk from the cabin in the evening. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone that wants to be in the middle of the fun activities and wants to bring their dog along.

Whether we were taking our dog, Remy, for walks on the resort or taking her with us on boat rides on the lakes nearby during the summers to snowmobiling on the trails or listening to Elvis play every Saturday night at Dockside Lounge, we were never running out of things to do!
