A Beach Front Corner End Condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on
the First Floor with Private Beach Balcony. Unit #101 is a Non-
Smoking, No Pet condo that has all the features of your home that
sleeps up to 6 people. Additional amenities at the Caprice include a
heated pool with whirlpool, lounge chairs with tables &
umbrellas and barbecue grills. You'll also find laundry facilities,
a fitness center, a recreation/party room and covered garage parking
onsite. Cribs and highchairs can be arranged through my Reservation Team.

Unit #101 is a exceptional Florida style condo individually owned
and has all the comforts of a fully furnished home, offering the
perfect vacation solution for both couples and families. Our two-
bedroom suite offers a host of amenities tailored to make your stay
more enjoyable. Our air-conditioned condo boasts its own private
balcony looking out onto the beautiful Gulf Coast.

Perfect stay!

We were looking for a hotel room with a kitchenette so we do not have to always eat out with an active 4-year old, and then decided to look for a condo instead, and we are really glad we did! We got much more room and privacy, ocean views from every room, very convenient and nicely decorated condo plus being away from loud music from bars and crowds and right on the beach - it was perfect in every respect! Our son still wants to go back! When we are in the area again, we would gladly stay there again and do not hesitate to recommend it to anyone else!

Condo was great. Very clean. Kitchen had everything you could ever need. Good furnishings. Great location. Only complaint.. and this is most likely a problem with the building,.. the water pressure is the showers is horrible! And the kitchen sink water never does get hot! Otherwise it was a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay overall. My main complaint is the closeness of this unit to the public access boardwalk to the beach. The 2nd bedroom and living room can be very noisy with people walking by all day and night. Wouldn't recommend for light sleepers, especially since the blinds have seen better days allowing a lot of light through. Grounds are really well cared for and location on the coast is perfect. Kitchen was well stocked. Master bedroom has the most gorgeous view to the beach through a big picture window. Balcony on the smaller side, but works fine for a few people.

Not worth the money

I never write comments on my stay but this one I had too. Management team tried to be very helpful but found very large cockroaches, bugs in the blender, and ants in the window sill. Management team stated they contacted owner about an adjustment on our rate but that never happened. My wife thought she saw a drug deal on beach access ramp. Don't waste your money on this unit. We were moved to another unit after second day.

Dear Guest Ron, As an Owner, we always appreciate positive & negative Guest comments of our Condos #101 and #405. It appears your experience was a “HOUSE KEEPING” issue and should NOT be a condemnation of our Condo, Resort or St Pete Beach. Cockroaches and Ants live in Florida, probably even your house but should not be in our blender or on a window sill. House Keeping was advised and rectified the problem. Regarding my Team contacting us, it was brought to our attention and an adjustment was offered even though this was the responsibility of House Keeping and Management. Unfortunately, it appears my Team failed to communicate the adjustment and, again, you did not contact us, the Owner. The confusion and issue could have been handled professionally without posting an attack against us with looking for a rate kickback. How your wife seeing a drug deal on the beach has nothing to do with our Condo #101 and just proves your unprofessionalism in this review. Condo #101 has and will always strive to be a FIVE ***** STAR Condo with the support of the Resort Reservation and Management Teams. Check out our Condo #405 FIVE ***** STAR reviews. Also, we are a Trip Advisor “Certificate of Excellence” RESORT and our Condo #101 is rated ***** Excellent and we do our best to maintain this high achievement of success. Incidentally, a guest within days of your stay gave us a FIVE***** STAR on Trip Advisor. We are Worth the Money !!....

Amazing experience! We had an off hours check-in and check-out. It was a very easy process and the manager was quick to respond to emails. Only thing was not having beach towels, so make sure you have your own towels! Would definitely recommend this place to others!

The unit was wonderful! Beautiful view of the Gulf and direct beach access. Lovely pool. Parking is dicey. They only provide one space, so make sure to download the parking app if you have more than one vehicle.
