Antonia was lively, she met us at the apartment building and took us up to the apartment.
The apartment is absolutely beautiful with everything that you would need for a holiday, she really has thought of everything.
Everything was spotlessly clean. Views over the sea and beach are spectacular. Will definitely be going again!

Beautiful beach condo
We loved our stay in Torremolinos. The apartment was clean and comfortable...even better than the photos. The sea view is amazing. So close to the beach and great restaurants and an easy walk from the train. The building is quiet and spotless. Antonia is a great host and recommended wonderful restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

This apartment is perfect and the owner, Antonia, perfect too! She is indeed most helpful and kind.
We found the location ideal with a wonderful view of the beach. 5-minute walk to the train station (you might want to visit nearby communities) and a wide choice of restaurants nearby. The apartment has everything one can ask for including a good-size fridge, every appliance one might need, very good lighting (you know how sometimes lighting for reading can be deficient in Europe), lots of outlets for phones, tablets, etc., large storage space and reliable Internet. We spent three super weeks in this apartment and would love to return. JG

Great Location, Apartment and Host
Antonia is a fantastic host and was great to work with before and during our stay. She met us as arranged and was always available and very responsive to other questions during our nine day stay. The apartment is well furnished and equipped as well as very clean. It was also very quiet and the building is very secure. The property is clean and well kept. The panoramic view is amazing and so much more dramatic than pictures can show. We never tired of waking to breakfast on the sunlit private balcony which later in the day provided welcomed shade. The pool and cafe on grounds were great and the views from the surrounding deck were spectacular. The location couldn't be better as it is very centralized with tons of cafes, bars and shops within easy walking distance. Local buses abound and the metro stop was only a 10 minute walk and provides access to the airport and train station in Malaga and to points west. Taxis were everywhere and reasonable. A car is not necessary unless you want to explore further inland and secure parking is available in the complex. Europcar is a 3-4 minute walk from the apartment if you do need a rental. It is staffed with a very helpful manager. The building normally has easy private access to the beaches and promenade but the area was under construction and closed much of our stay. If this access is important you may want to check the status before you go. The alternatives are longer walks with some long steep stairways involved. As a side note, Antonia introduced us to a fantastic local wine, El Buen Puntito Rhonda, which proved hard to find but well worth the effort (try the small liquor and wine shops.) All in all, this turned out to be the perfect place we'd hoped it would be to celebrate a memorable 50th wedding anniversary. THANK YOU Anotonia for the memories!

Fantastic Home from Home
The photos do not sell the property. It's fantastic to wake up in the morning open the bedroom curtains and see the wonderful sea view. The balcony allows you privacy at the same time the luxury of watching the world go by. Very clean everything you need for your stay. Owners are very welcoming and are there if you need them. The pool area is relaxing and feels like you are lying on a ship. The pool is very clean and safety is paramount that they have a life guard. If you walk right out of the property then it brings you into the centre of torremolinos. If you walk left and down the steps it will bring you to the start of the walk towards the Marina. They are currently building a lift which will enhance access to the walkway and the beach. Will definitely be booking again soon.

¡VOLVEREMOS!
Estupenda ubicación del apartamento a pie de playa y magníficas vistas; situado 'encima' de un paseo marítimo ideal para dar largos paseos (como llegar a Puerto Marina en 25 minutos) y rodeado de chiringuitos, restaurantes ... a 10 menos de 10 minutos andando de la zona más comercial de Torremolinos.
El apartamento cuenta con un magnífico equipamiento en perfecto estado, inusualmente limpio, cómoda distribución, muy luminoso y muy buena orientación (puedes disfrutar del amanecer y anochecer desde el sofá).
En cuanto al recibimiento y atención de los propietarios, puedo decir que es el mejor trato que hemos recibido hasta la fecha. Desde el inicio de las conversaiones, pasando por las recomendaciones de la zona, hasta la despedida. ¡Gracias por todo!

Magníficas vacaciones.
Magnifica situación que tiene el apartamento; pie de playa; restaurantes y paseo marítimo excelentes para dar largos paseos; a un paso de la calle principal de Torremolinos, sin que signifique que haya ruido, todo lo contrario muy tranquilo; cerca para poder coger tren, aeropuerto cercano y si te gusta el golf aun paso de uno de los campos más importantes de la Costa del Sol como es "Parador de Golf". A un paso de la capital y del parque de atracciones Tivoli World.
Distribución del apartamento muy buena e instalaciones excelentes, muy limpia y una luminosidad y vistas preciosas.
Un servicio por parte de los propietarios extraordinarios.
Recomendaría y ya lo he hecho a familiares y amigos para que pasen unas fantásticas vacaciones.
