This home had all the space we needed for my family visiting from the east coast. Great central location to downtown Spokane and Couer ‘d Alene! Had a wonderful visit!
We came to town for a few days of work and the house was a great and affordable alternative to a hotel. Charming neighborhood, and Jeff was super helpful and responsive throughout our stay.

Max - it was a pleasure hosting you all while you were in town. So happy the home worked out well for you.
We came to town for a wrestling tournament at the Podium. The house worked for the 6 of us very well. House was clean and easy to check in and out of. Kitchen was stocked with coffee and other condiments. Easy to get downtown for our events.
This was a perfect house for a large group. We had 5-6 adults and 3 children/teenagers and fit very comfortably. The house was clean with a nice kitchen to prepare large meals and conveniently located to spend time downtown and on the south hill. We would definitely stay there again!

So happy for that you enjoyed the time at my home Kira! We would absolutely love to host you all again!
Home was clean and a perfect location to enjoy all the events we had planned. Easy ck in and ck out, great accommodations. Easy to communicate with the owner who was very kind. Will stay again
We stayed for 2 nights .. and it was one of the best experiences we had with Arnb,s so far .. they had everything in the house including kitchenware, clean towels and clean bedsheets .. house smell good like new .very spacious . bathrooms were super clean and everything outweighed a hotel stay .. will definitely stay again and highly recommended for others .
Wonderful clean property 7-8 min drive from Gonzaga. Older charming home with basement, main floor bedroom and lots of room upstairs. Plan to rent from them again! Only slight downside is that it needs some grass and bit of curb appeal in front or back.

Hey Angela - thank you for the great review and would certainly love to host you all again! We are working on the curb appeal, no in ground sprinkler system can make things hectic during the summer!
The house is great! It was very well stocked for a big family. They had a pack and play, a baby booster, baby gates, extra table and chairs, etc. Jeff, the property manager was extremely communicative and got back to us if there was anything else we needed like more towels or paper towels, hand soap, etc. The neighborhood felt nice and safe and quiet. We enjoyed our stay!

So happy you enjoyed your stay Andrea! Thank you for the great review!
We came to Spokane from Roseburg Oregon to attend a national COCA (children’s oncology camping association). We decided that instead of staying at the Davenport (conference location) we rented this property. It was perfect. We had 7 people but it could accommodate more. Only 6 min from the hotel! Perfect!! Clean!
We chose a VRBO because we had a couple players staying with us and our player, and needed the room. It was so nice to have a full kitchen and multiple bathrooms with so many teenagers. The girls enjoyed the video games in the basement. The home was clean with plenty of space. The kitchen could use more utensils, and possibly a bit newer ones as well and the beds were pretty squeaky. The house was great and we would definitely stay again.

Appreciate the review Brittany and happy that there was plenty of room for your group. Appreciate the heads up on the utensils, we'll address that immediately. Would be excited to host your crew again!
Place was clean, hard to keep cool though and with a larger family hot water ran out really quick. Be aware if you are tall or big people. Beds were ok. Ours squeaked the whole time but it was acceptable. But location was great, and would stay again.

Thank you for the review Angela and The heads up on the water and squeaky beds. I've got a request in for maintenance to take a look at it. Happy you liked it and would love to host you all again!
The bunk beds bedroom did not have a door only a curtain.
It was close to town but it is lightly furnished. The closets up stairs have a very short ceiling; the strait way to basement bedroom was steep and did not have a railing.
The house was very clean. The only reason it was not perfect was 2 reasons. There was not enough large bath towels for everyone in the house. And the beds were very squeaky. The mattresses were comfortable but the frame would squeak with every movement.

Hey Gordon, appreciate the honest review. I apologize on not enough towels and in the future don't hesitate to reach out regarding that. I have some set aside for instances like this and would have given you the code for our supply cabinet to grab extras. Appreciate the heads up on the bed, we got that tightened up. Would love to host you when your back in town!
Hello. The house is so stinking cute, we enjoyed staying here. The driveway is really in need of up grading, with 6 women...TP sucks big time. You need a new couch, only 2 people could sit on it at a time. Need more dish towels, please, sponge also. Nothing detrimental. Detrimedetrimental
There's nothing terribly wrong with this place. It's in an excellent location, walking distance to Perry Street. The property management company is really communicative and helpful. The entry to the place is simple. There's plenty of parking.
It's a very typical VRBO with very few supplies in the kitchen or bath. Not complaining ... just is what it is. There's AMPLE sleeping space, but if you come with a big crowd, it is two bathrooms. The edges/corners on some of the ceilings are sharp and low. One in our party stood up too fast, hit his head on the ceiling corner, and ended up in er with staples. That wasn't the property's fault -- but just look around when you decide where you're sleeping.
Our only complaints:
Grill out back was small and gross ... we had to heat it up for a while to clean it.
Need more chairs. If you sleep 10, then the table and chairs should seat that many as well.
It isn't obvious why this place cannot have pets. There's a huge hard, hardwood floors throughout, and very basic things inside (not anything to ruin).

Disappointing
Booked this home for a few days while I’m Spokane, when I got there it was 40 degrees outside and 43 degrees inside. I adjusted the thermostat and the heat didn’t come on. The heat didn’t turn on for about half an hour, once it did turn on it only stayed on for about 15 min at a time.
I reached out to the home owner and he said he was reaching out to the maintenance and would get back to me.
I never heard back.
The house finally warmed up around 2 am (I turned the heat on at 3:50pm). There were two space heaters in the house I tried to use but ended up blowing a fuse upstairs so i just had to bundle up till it warmed up.
The beds were rock hard, sheets had brown stains all over, and there was what looks like chunks of dirt and mouse droppings in the upstairs bathroom fan.
Beyond that there was a mouse sighting downstairs and sticky traps under the couch along with a spare sock.
The house wasn’t bad, the updates were nice… if I would have walked into a warm house or one that warmed up quickly or had a comfortable bed to sleep in this might have been a different story.
I have alerted the owners to all of these issues and I hope they address them for future guests.
