With 2 living areas, fully equipped kitchen, less than two miles to Supermarket, easy access to Uber eats, other food delivery services and many restaurants nearby, it's perfect for your family to relax together and enjoy each other's company. The fabulous large private Pool/Spa with child safety pool fence, plus free usage of all baby gears ( crib, highchair ) and in-house washer/dryer, provide all of you more fun and relaxation after a long day in Disney or a day trip to beaches on the East or West coast.

This home is ideally situated in the popular Hampton Lakes resort -Davenport which is located on US 27 between Rt 192 and Highway I-4. It's known as the 'Golden Triangle' of vacation villas. Hampton Lakes is the perfect spot. It is very close to the I-4 at Champions Gate, which will take you to Disney, SeaWorld, Universal, Discovery Cove, ESPN Wide World of Sports, beaches on the east and west coasts, shopping malls, several championship golf courses, Busch Gardens, and the Space Centre. It certainly has the best of all worlds. At the heart of the community, steps away from this villa, there are 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, beach volleyball court, and 2 children's playgrounds. Take a scenic stroll around the area which is surrounded by palm trees or a 5-minute drive will take you to the busy Rt 192 area with crazy golf, restaurants, and shops galore. For the avid golfer, there is the delightful Champions Gate Golf Course a few miles away ( two 18 hole courses both designed by Greg Norman).

Big home for big families!!

We stayed here 10 nights and had a great time!! The beds are super comfy and the pool is huge. The host was very friendly and always replied super fast. The house is in a quiet neighborhood we never had issues. All the rooms have Rokus which everyone loved!! The game room was also a success for our family.

Home not maintained or properly cleaned

The home was overall just dirty. There was mold everywhere inside and outside even inside the shower/tub knobs. The trash was over flowing outside and there were flies, maggots and the absolute worst smell that made you stay inside so to enjoy the pool was hard. The outside of the home, pool area, sides of the home were not welcoming to travelers, it looked as if we were in the worst part of town, poolside screens torn, sliding glass doors of the tracks, junk just everywhere. The inside of the home we found weave, eye lashes just comfortably laying around on the furniture. The walls, baseboards, toilet and tubs/showers were just nasty, bugs were crawling, and the blinds didn’t work properly. However, in communicating with home owners/company there were quick to respond which was great however, they weren’t willing to see what we saw through our eyes and fought tooth and nail to tell me the home had been properly cleaned when my mom has photos to corroborate the story upon entrance. Unfortunately I was unable to attend do to my sons sickness, so my family suffered during this trip so unfortunately we will never rent from them again.

I would not stay here

This home is very big but it was horrible experience. Upon arrival the outside of the home is very dirty not appealing . Then we go to tour the home it was a rat in the grill so we had to clean it before we used it . All the furniture in the home is old and need to be updated . In one of the bathroom the tub was so weak it felt as you going to fall thru the floor . The whole upstairs was horrible with the hard beds and lack of upkeep of the home . The picture on the website did not show how this house for what it was . Also it was insects in the home I will never stay there again it was not worth the money I feel if I was overcharged for this home .
