Welcome to Whispering Waterfalls…where every guest who walks through our door has an experience that makes a difference in their lives! Affordable luxury where those enjoy the best who are not nickeled & dimed to death...where we go above and beyond the call of duty, in every way, for every guest!

Luxury-Privacy-Unmatched amenities...all located on a private lush 3.5 acres overlooking 2 waterfalls and spring fed bubbling creeks! Our cabin is 3128 sqft, plus 3 covered decks (main deck completely screened-in), a long cozy covered front porch, 4 BR’s and 4.5 Baths (no Jack-n-Jill's), which sleeps 8 in beds (Queen in walk-out basement). PLUS we are motorcycle/ATV friendly on an easily accessible drive into our gated community and driveway that does NOT require 4 wheel drive (paved at entrance and then gravel). We utilize contactless check-in/check-out procedures, enhanced cleaning procedures and our commitment to a non-rental 48 hour "breather" between rentals! Just letting our cabin sit without rental income is unheard of and that’s how seriously we take the health of all!! Sanitation/Disinfection is our #1 priority to providing our guests with a luxurious home that is properly cleaned and sanitized. It is sanitized (on frequently touched items, such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, counter tops, etc.) with a U.S. EPA approved disinfectant after our regular housekeeping process is completed. We also leave sanitizing products and hand sanitizer for you to maintain that process!! Our linens & towels are washed at 155 degrees Fahrenheit which kills most common germs. Your family matters to us 🥰

So with that, on the main level you will find a spacious open floor plan…a beautiful great room with vaulted tong & groove wood ceilings, skylights, large gas fireplace with a soaring natural stone fireplace and gnarly cedar log mantel, 70” flat screen TV w/DirecTV, Blue-Ray DVD, Netflix and premium channels to satisfy any movie buffs appetite. This opens to a large fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, steel appliances and a gas stove to whip up those masterpieces…which adjoins the dining room with a large granite breakfast bar! We also supply AMPLE starters for your convenience…paper towels, paper napkins, dishwashing detergent, dish soap, sponge, trash bags and various cleaning products. And off the dining room, 2 sets of large sliding glass doors leads you to a spacious covered AND screened-in deck with additional dining for 6 (or pull up chairs for more) a large gas grill and 2 comfy sofas where all your senses are serenaded by waterfalls and creeks!! Once back inside, check out the half bath with a entire wall of polished river rock, a full sized laundry room and an office for those that just can’t leave it behind (and yes, the entire house has Broadband WiFi). Then go your separate ways for a night of blissful slumber on opposite sides of the cabin! The large Master Suite with a King Bed, dressing table, 49” LCD TV, and a large double-sink Bathroom with an enormous walk-in shower for two and soaking tub to “take you away”. And if this isn’t enough, another over-sized sliding glass door opens to your private covered deck (or Sleeping porch as some calls it), overlooking yet another waterfall…a dreamy oasis just for the two! The other side of the cabin holds another Master Bedroom and a Queen Bedroom, both with 43” LCD TVs and lovely en-suite Baths with walk in showers! And lastly, only the best for you...out with the ol’ hot water tanks and in with Tankless Hot Water Heater system! This ensures that you and your group NEVER run out of hot water!

The lower floor is equally relaxing and inviting…a game room with Wet Bar/Kitchenette, Pool Table, 16’ Shuffle Board table, games and puzzles to test all! And a sofa/loveseat area with 65” LCD TV and Queen bed tucked into a magical forest cubby away from it all! There is also a large dresser underneath the TV and a Wardrobe for hanging items. On the opposite is another full Bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower. And not to be outdone, 2 sets of oversized sliding glass doors take you to yet another covered deck for a hammock for two or incredible hand-made mountain rocking chairs from local wood, which is even closer to the waterfalls! And off that deck are stairs which leads you to meandering paths to the two waterfalls, the large 7 person Hot Tub nestled in at the waterfall! With a huge attached bench, there is ample room to lounge and relax, either in or out of the bubbler!! And to enjoy the waterfalls and mountains just a tad more, we've installed LED lights on both waterfalls and up the creek....a truly magnificent view for your night-time pleasure!! And last but not least is a firepit right next to the creek!! That too has ample comfy seating for both adults and kiddos with adirondack chairs, where we supply seasoned firewood for your s'more & weenie roasting delight!!

Directly across the driveway is a lovely community park which is beautifully shaded and landscaped, right on Valley River…there are multiple octagon shaped picnic tables and a huge deck over the river for relaxing, fishing or just reveling in the beauty before you!

Obviously, location is it! You can have the best of both worlds with Whispering Waterfalls....both seclusion AND convenience! Appreciate the best of nature with four nearby lakes — Chatuge, Hiwassee, Apalachia and Nantahala — offering boating and fishing. In addition, the Ocoee and Nantahala rivers offer exceptional trout fishing, whitewater rafting and kayaking. The area is loaded with opportunities to enjoy mountain biking, zip lining, canopy parks, or simply stay home and enjoy the serenity of the Mountains. And with that, we are mere minutes from markets, restaurants, stores, and outdoor activities. A quick drive to charming towns, native American villages, ski resorts, national parks, wineries, and casino. Situated in an area of North Carolina that preserves its treasures from the masses this area does not offer one dedicated draw, but rather a multitude of activities with reasonable drive times. Within a week’s stay you can visit Tennessee, Georgia, and South Carolina. Lots to do for the young and the young at heart… or simply the art of sweet nothings!

We have poured our heart and soul into Whispering Waterfalls and will do everything possible to “pamper & spoil” our guests! With that in mind, this property is our second home. It's focus is not one of the almighty dollar, but rather one of sharing our Blessings with like-minded people who will appreciate and treat it as their own. For that reason, smoking is not allowed. This includes all tobacco products which includes, but it's not limited to, cigarettes, vaping, eCigarattes, pipes, cigarillos, chewing tobaccos, cloves, hookahs, and marijuana.

And for guest safety, property protection and compliance of house rules, active 24/7 recording cameras are in place. Our guest's privacy is paramount, cameras are facing parking area, front/back entrance points. The non-audio cameras are located at: 1-driveway, 2-front porch, 3-back driveway, 4-stairs in back to lower deck, 5-lower deck at stairs.
