You will be less than 200 m from the slopes and the biggest gondola lift of the station (Transarc), the car park, the ticket offices and all the shops.

On aurait simplement aimé être informé par avance que l'accès voiture à la station est payant.
Propriétaire très disponible par téléphone quand nous avons eu besoin.

Conforme à notre attente et rapport qualité prix acceptable malgré quelques désagréments à revoir
Tout d’abord le propriétaire est à l’écoute des vacanciers réactif pour nous répondre par téléphone et à nos questions et arrangeant lors de notre arrivée donc rien à lui reprocher sur ce point là donc plutôt rassurant et agréable.
Le logement était plutôt correctement situé par rapport au centre de la station et aux commerces et au départ des remontées mécaniques et n’avons pas eu de difficulté à trouver une place de stationnement proche de la résidence (coup de chance peut être aussi).
En revanche l’appartement est vieillissant à notre goût (un petit coup de jeune et de modernisation s’impose), d’une propreté très moyenne (bcp de poils de chien à notre arrivée), d’une cafetière (beurk), d’une table très bancale voir instable et des problèmes pour maintenir l’eau chaude et l’eau froide à la bonne température pour les douches (mais cela n’est peut être pas de la responsabilité du propriétaire mais plus dû à l’âge de la résidence ou du bâtiment).
Dans l’ensemble avons passé un bon séjour malgré ces quelques désagréments et conforme à notre attente car nous ne nous attendions pas au grand luxe non plus.
Le rapport qualité prix est en adéquation comparé aux autres logements (même si ça reste bcp trop onéreux comme partout) vive l’euro et notre réservation tardive cette année à aussi limitée notre choix donc difficile de faire la fine bouche...
En résumé c’est acceptable pour 7 jours de ski intense...

Merci de vos commentaires. J'aurai préféré que pour le ménage et les poils de chien etre prévenu des votre arrivée afin de demander à la femme de ménage de repasser et voir avec le dernier locataire. Pour la table son changement était planifié pour la fin de saison.
Nous vérifierons la cafetière, elle est effectivement très basique. Nous évitons aux locataires les capsules non écologiques.
Concernant l'eau chaude, nous procéderons à une vérification car c'est la première fois que cela nous est signalé.

Appartement bien situé et fonctionnel
Excellent séjour aux Arcs 1800 en famille avec 2 adultes et 3 enfants. Appartement propre et conforme en tout point au descriptif et aux photos. Bien équipé. Orienté sud ce qui nous a permis d'avoir le soleil de 10h à 15h. Situé quartier Charmettoger à 200m des remontées mécaniques (transarc) et rdv ESF. Amenagement fonctionnel : Pièce de vie agréable séparée des 2 chambres à l'étage, appréciable pour les enfants et les parents. Connexion WIFI (important car réseau faible à cet endroit ) et 2 téléviseurs (un à chaque étage ). Propriétaire sympathique et réactif.

Great location, very responsive and helpful owner
We were a group of three staying for a week-long skiing trip. The owner was very responsive and helped us with any problems we encountered, such as contacting the reception service and booking the parking space. Our communication went as we wrote in English and the owner replied in French and it worked out quite well. The flat had pretty much everything we needed. It’s only a short walk to the Transarc ski lift station. There’s a commercial area just under the Transarc station which offers a variety of shops and restaurants. There is a great view from the balcony which faces South, therefore it’s often sunny during the day. This made our rest times all the more enjoyable.
