This very recent spacious apartment in luxury building and modern comfort is ideally located 2 minutes walk from the beach downtown and activities (supermarket, seafront, port, departure shuttle to St Tropez).
Very large living room in the American style (32 M2) giving on covered terrace of 13 M2 giving on palm trees of semi pedestrian street. The 2 quiet rooms overlook a balcony overlooking the inner garden
Very well equipped with high quality equipment (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, pierrade, deep fryer, hair dryer, reversible air conditioning Daikin with individual temperature control for each room)
A large box in the basement can be used optionally for your car knowing that a free parking is 30M
Ste Maxime is a famous seaside resort, opposite St Tropez served day and night by shuttles (10 minutes of navigation)
Ste Maxime is the main city of the Gulf of St Tropez. It is mentioned in the top 10 holiday destinations where one wishes to spend his holidays. Ste Maxime is very lively throughout the year (even in winter). The city stretches over 10km along the sea with many beaches monitored with multiple activities. The city center has many shops, restaurants, casino games and pedestrian streets for flanner. In season, daily shows (the most free) are held at the Theater of the Sea (along the harbor, near the beach).
The seafront promenade in the town center is particularly pleasant with its vegetation of palm trees and flower beds.

What an amazing stay we had. We will be returning, and will definitely stay here again. Michel was fantastic, kind and extremely accommodating. Our flight was late coming in and Michel came out very late to make sure we were able to get into the flat. We were pleasantly surprised, it was so clean and exceeded our expectation. Highly recommended!! Everything we needed was in walking distance, perfect location, quiet.... just an A+ experience all around. Thank you!!

Magnifique séjour hivernal et soleil Azuréen

Difficile d'être mieux placé au centre-ville de Sainte-Maxime que ce magnifique appartement tous conforts au milieu des commerces de proximité situé à 100m à peine du front de mer, du port, des restaurants, du casino et de la plage.Très bien agencé et meublé avec soin, l'appartement T3 présente une partie jour très bien équipée (mobilier accueillant, espace repas,TV avec box, son, wifi ...) le balcon en loggia est vaste et surplombe la rue au 2ème étage. Les équipements sont nombreux et de très bonne qualité : en cuisine la cuisinière piano impressionne par sa taille et le frigo est idéal pour un séjour familial.En ce qui concerne la partie nuit, elle est située côté jardin et très bien isolée du reste de l'appartement par un vestibule. Les chambres sont hyper calmes et la literie fabuleuse vous promet un sommeil de plomb.Notre hôte et son épouse sont très attachants et d'une extrême gentillesse. Ils possèdent là un véritable bijou en plein centre-ville de cette magnifique ville de Sainte-Maxime, station chic très renommée face et au cœur du Golfe de St-Tropez.Nous y avons séjourné en hiver et avons profité du calme de la très basse saison. Ballades et découvertes mais aussi déjeuners en terrasse sous le doux soleil méditerranéen tous les jours en ce mois de janvier 2025.Magique et inoubliable à un moment où le reste de la France était sous le givre.Merci M & L pour cette magnifique parenthèse Maximoise.F & A

CASA DEL MAR Sainte-Maxime

C'est un appartement très agréable, proche toute commodités, terrain de boules en face, restaurants à pied, casino Barrière à 2mn à pied, devant la plage. Un accueil chaleureux, d'une très grande gentillesse. Il propose des ballades en bateau pour les passionnés. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci Michel.

2 semaines à Sainte-Maxime

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cet appartement situé à 3 minutes à pieds de la plage du centre ville et de toutes commodités : commerce, restaurant, balade... Emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pieds et les visites des environs se font très rapidement en voiture (en fonction des bouchons bien entendu). L'appartement est bien équipé et la climatisation dans toutes les pièces un régal en plein mois d'aout. Michel est très à l'écoute et disponible.
