On s'Ă©tait bien gardĂ© de nous dire que la maison Ă©tait au bord d'une ligne SNCF, premier train Ă  6h du matin et ça dure jusqu Ă  22h ChaudiĂšre dĂ©faillante, obligĂ© de rĂ©amorcer sans arrĂȘt Ă  la cave pour avoir de l'eau chaude! Grille pain cassĂ© Drap fourni tachĂ© Batterie de cuisine usagĂ©e, petites cuillĂšres en trop petite quantitĂ© ampoules grillĂ©es salon et chambre obligĂ©s de rĂ©parer les ficelles des stores des chambres jardin pas tondus , difficile de fermer la porte du lave vaisselle chasse d'eau du wc rdc qui coule non stop , obligĂ© de rĂ©parer sans cesse heureusement qu on avait un programme extĂ©rieur trĂšs chargĂ© , bref Ă  dĂ©conseiller en l'Ă©tat , passez votre chemin si vous n'ĂȘtes pas bricoleur

Sfeervol doch ook sterk verouderd

Sfeervol, oud, smoezelig. Bedden redelijk maar ook die mogen door de wasstraat. Trein komt direct langs t huisje. Voor ons niet meer.

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passĂ© un court sĂ©jour chez Matthew. La maison est spacieuse et comprend tout le nĂ©cessaire pour 9 personnes et un bĂ©bĂ©. Beaucoup d'Ă©quipements pour les enfants (jeux). L'environnement est magnifique avec le cours d'eau qui traverse le jardin. Attention toutefois, vu le courant, je ne pense pas que la baignade soit recommandĂ©e. Une voie ferrĂ©e jouxtent la maison. Le passage des trains est prĂ©sent mais ne nous a pas gĂȘnĂ© outre mesure. L'accĂšs par boite Ă  clĂ© est pratique quand on ne sait pas trop l'heure d'arrivĂ©e. Les messages Ă©changĂ©s avec Matthew ont Ă©tĂ© cordiaux. Tres bon sĂ©jour en famille.

Bon sejour

The house is situated on great terrain with garden, barbecue, very private. We had a great holiday playing games, cooking and going on walks. Rouen and Dieppe ( swimming pool!) were nice. Some downsides: The noise of the traffic and train is considerable. The house was dusty, maybe the chimney was not always open so smoke came in regularly. The dishwasher did not clean 100%, we had to redo a lot. Matrasses are old and bumpy. It would add to the comfort of this house to renew them.

Ik had gezien de recensies en foto's hoge verwachtingen van het huis. Echter is het vochtig en vies van binnen. De beneden slaapkamer is heel vochtig,het bed was klam. Bij bewolkt weer moet je de verlichting binnen aan doen zo donker is het er. We hebben met de lampen aan zitten ontbijten en dat in augustus. De voornaamste reden is de dichte begroeiing rondom het huis waardoor zon niet binnen komt. De bovenslaapkamers zijn goed. De tuin is zalig groot. De omgeving is mooi. Het servies en bestek was vies,zatten nog etensresten aan. Dit is waarschijnlijk door vorige gasten niet goed gereinigd. Tuinmeubilair is kapot. Wij hadden de pech dat de weg voor het huis werd geasfalteerd , wat een week lawaai gaf. De reguliere trein hoor je duidelijk maar is snel voorbij,goederentrein geeft beduidend meer geluid en langer. In de nacht hoor je de trein niet,maar vanaf zes uur wel. Al met al een matig huis.

Cette maison est extrĂȘmement agrĂ©able pour un week-end en famille ou avec des amis! L'accĂšs est trĂšs pratique, seulement Ă  8km de Dieppe, et l'environnement est juste parfait! La maison est Ă©quipĂ©e, il ne manque rien. Le barbecue est parfait pour faire de dĂ©licieux repas. Christine est trĂšs accueillante, sympathique et chaleureuse. Je recommande fortement le PrĂ© Saint Anne pour toute personne voulant se relaxer et passer un super sĂ©jour!

maison au calme au bord de l'eau . ménage impeccable , tout à disposition . la vente des confitures maison et du jus de pomme un plus trÚs appréciable. La propriétaire trÚs disponible, petit problÚme de chauffage résolu immédiatement , en plus nous avions des bûches , trÚs agréable un feu le soir. Une grande maison oĂč il y a tout ce qu'il faut allant du piano, Ă  la cheminĂ©e, aux sanitaires, aux chambres et Ă  la cuisine! Un accueil chaleureux! Mycket vĂ€nligt mottagande av Christine och Adrien! Vackert hus med bra lĂ€ge, vĂ€ldigt privat men Ă€ndĂ„ nĂ€ra till bra mataffĂ€r i Offranville (<10min) och sandstrand (<20min). Även bra lĂ€ge för att utforska denna del av Normandie, Rouen (ca60km), gulliga kustbyar som Veules-les-Roses, St Valery-en-Caux inom en halvtimmes bilresa, Fecamp och Etretat ca en timme. Floden la Scie med kristallklart vatten rinner genom tomten, det finns öring om man Ă€r fiskeintresserad! JĂ€rnvĂ€gen som passerar nĂ€ra förbi upplevdes inte som störande, gles trafik. En aning trafikbrus frĂ„n N27 ca 200m bort under dag och kvĂ€llstid. Vi stannade i tvĂ„ veckor och kommer gĂ€rna tillbaka nĂ€sta Ă„r igen! /Lars Skoglund, Sweden

Belle maison de campagne

Maison trÚs agréable, dans un endroit calme mais prÚs de tout ( commerce, mer) Idéalement situer pour sillonner la région. Accueil chaleureux et convivial et pleins de bon plan: Resto, poissonnier, location de vélo, animation etc. Nous avons eu un petit souci qui a été réglé séance tenante. Encore merci de votre rapidité. Idéal pour famille, groupe d'amis. Je la conseille et j'y retournerai avec plaisir.
