To ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay, we require dog parents to agree to the following Dog Policy before booking one of our dog friendly apartments.
DOG POLICY: *My dog is not aggressive and is well socialized with people and other animals. *My dog is free of ticks and fleas. *My dog will be with me, under my care at all times (never left in the apartment unattended). Crates are welcome. *My dog will be on a leash and under control when outside. *I will clean up after my dog and dispose of any waste. *I will keep my dog off of all furniture including bed, chairs, and couches and agree to bring my own dog bed. Blankets , pillows, and comforters are not to be used for dog beds (an additional cleaning fee of $50 will be charged for hair on furniture and/or beds). *I will assume financial responsibility for any damage, stains, or excessive pet hair caused by my dog during my stay.

There are 2 spaces for vehicle parking in front of the unit, one space is a handicap space that is specifically for the townhouse.
We are always available to guests through phone calls and texts.
5 Minutes away from town (4 miles), hiking, biking, Jeep trails, golf course (2 miles), restaurants, and a convince store. Short driving distance to Arches National Park (9 miles), Canyonlands National Park (35 miles), and Dead Horse Point State Park (34 miles). La Sal Loop Road is approx 6 miles away and offers excellent mountain biking trails.
You will need a vehicle to get around. We are 23 miles from Canyonlands Field Airport and 9 mile from the Arches entrance.
This townhouse is NOT equipped with an oven.
You'll have everything that you need to serve up your meals with utensils, plates, and cookware. We provide a starter of basic toiletries for your stay. We don't deliver or restock additional supplies. For your convenience, you can purchase additional supplies at City Market located approximately 4 miles from the unit.
NO SMOKING/VAPING- NO BIKES ALLOWED INSIDE.
Exterior Security Cameras: Angel Rock Rentals uses exterior-only cameras around the complex for guest safety and property security. No cameras record inside any unit.
We have other 1 and 2 bedroom rentals (some have garages) available on the property.
Arches National Park is very busy from March to November.

Excellent rental. Clean, well appointed, and great location (if one is looking for a location away from crowds). I recommend considering this rental to anyone visiting Moab.
This is the perfect place to relax after each day of Moab adventuring. It is close to town, but much quieter, which we enjoyed after several days of hiking. Even better, there is a fantastic hike (Hidden Valley) whose trailhead is walking distance from the property. That trailhead area also provides a beautiful place to take your dog for morning walks (picture below) before taking off each day. The host was very responsive when I needed to contact her and resolved our issue quickly. I would stay here again if visiting Moab.
Check in process was very very easy. I love that this unit was in a super quiet part of town just a little bit outside of town. Very clean and well appointed. Would love to come back for a few more nights.
The property was very well equipped and thoughtfully stocked. Everything was comfortable and very clean. They provided lots of good info about the area too. It was located out of the main town of Moab.
From start to finish everything worked out great. The host,the accommodations and proximity to everything was fantastic. IMHO
Not that we planned to stay in much but with a dog and the hot temperatures we stayed in a little more than expected. All I would recommend is that the accommodations have at least Basic Cable.
We had a wonderful stay! The kitchenette is a bit small if you plan on cooking every meal but otherwise the home is very clean and comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

Moab perfection
Christy's place was perfect for our spring break for 3. The unit had everything you need for a comfortable stay. My son slept on the fold out couch and said it was great - no bar in the back! The master had a double bed, smaller than our master at home, but cozy and supportive. Christy went out of her way to make us feel welcome and checked in with us via email upon our arrival. Clean. Nice. New. 120% better than a national-brand hotel in the craziness of town. We will most certainly be back!

Cute place
Nice place to stay, but I do have a few recommendations for improvement. 1) all the knives are very dull and makes it impossible to cut even a cucumber 2) Bathroom door needs fixing, it is very hard to close shut and even harder to get open 3) Bedroom gets very cold unless you leave the door open to allow heat to come in. 4) We didn't end up using it, but the grill that was supposed to be there, was not there. Other than that it was a great little place, nice to be able to make your own food, even if the burners are a little small. :) Only a short drive into town.

Thank you for your review and bringing these issues to our attention so that we can address and fix the issues. We encourage guests to reach out to us if they do encounter a problem during their stay and give us a chance to remedy a situation. We have had the door fixed and the BBQ grill was found and put back where it belonged. We have also bought knife sharpeners to keep in the apartment so that this is not an issue in the future for our guests.
