Wer Ruhe und Einfachheit schätzt und auf touristische Infrastruktur verzichten kann, ist hier richtig. Das Ferienhaus hat alles was man braucht und ist auch bei Hitze angenehm kühl. Die Vermieter sind nett und hilfsbereit, gegenüber warten Hühner und Hahn auf Leckerbissen. Echte Highlights: Wandern an der Cure, die Höhlen von Arcy und das Kostümmuseum in Avallon.

Très agréable séjour

Très bel accueil avec nos hôtes très disponibles si nous avions besoin de quelque chose; un feu de bois brulant dans le poêle à bois nous accueillait!Très bel espace intérieur. La distance avec Vézelay est tout à fait correct (15 à 20 mn en voiture). L'environnement autour du gîte est très agréable pour faire de belles petites ballades.

Gite ideal pour se reposer et partir en visites

Très beau gite, spacieux et fonctionnel, qui fonctionne en toute indépendance. L'environnement du petit village est paisible et charmant. Ideal pour partir en ballade à vélo ou en voiture (routes départementales) un peu plus loin. Les propriétaires Rémi et Isabelle habitent à 150 m, vous accueillent en toute gentillesse, sont disponibles au besoin et peuvent en plus bien vous renseigner sur les découvertes bourguignones. Escapade de quelques jours très agréable! Merci.

Une semaine à la campagne bourguignone

Bon accueil du propriétaire. Le site et le gîte sont agréables. De plein pied, entouré par un espace organisé (garage, barbecue, et tonnelle...) ce gite est pratique et chaleureux. J'ai passé une bonne semaine de découverte de la région avec un pied à terre où il faisait bon me retrouver. Même si la semaine n'était pas la plus ensoleillée, la faute à la météo, j'ai pu apprécier mes déplacements et trouver des moments agréables de pause dans un espace ouvert et suffisemment grand pour ne pas me sentir enfermée. Et pour la citadine que je suis, admirer les oiseaux, entendre le champ du coq à mon réveil et non le bruit des moteur, c'était cool. Merci

La Bergere - our ideal "Home away from home" for 26 days in October!

Clean, cosy, comfortable, charming.... There is a lovely warmth about this place - radiating not only from the easy- to- manage wood stove in the passage and the various electric heaters ( which we seldom found necessary to use), but also from our very kind and caring host and hostess, Remy & Isabelle! The gite is well-equipped and totally functional : cooking facilities, kitchen ware, super shower , top quality beds and linen, TV etc... We adored the tranquil atmosphere, with the occasional noises made by the animals on the farm. The gite is situated in beautiful surroundings ....country roads running through forests and neighbouring villages, alongside fields and the channel.Tourist attractions like Vezelay and chateaux like Bazoche are easily accessible from Brosses. Avallon, a lovely town 19 km away, offers businesses, super markets, petrol station etc. A visit to a country market in the towns around the area makes for an interesting morning. When the hooter sounds at about 9 in the morning, it means that a mobile bakery has arrived with lovely baguettes, apple pies etc...what a delight!
