House near Vézelay

The house, completely renovated, is part of a farmhouse dating from the 19th century.
With a surface of 90m2 it includes a kitchen, a living / dining room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and wc.

Ground floor
The kitchen is practical and fully equipped: worktop, tables and chairs, oven, induction hob, fridge.
It is open to the living / dining room: sofa, DVD player, radio.

1st floor
Bathroom (sink, bathtub, washing machine) and separate wc.
Bedroom 1: a double bed of 140 + dressing
Bedroom 2: a double bed of 140

The cleaning package includes the rental of sheets, towels, tea towels and house cleaning.

You can take advantage of the space in front of the house to have an aperitif or grill: tables, chairs and barbecue are at your disposal.

28 days of bliss

We stayed in this well equipped house for all of September. It’s well located for exploring all the beautiful villages and tourist attractions in the area. We loved the local markets and living an authentic French way. The access to a pool was easy to organise and we had many pool sessions to ourselves in a lovely pool facility. The host is very helpful and great communication, helping us to maximise the benefits of the hire, area and people.

Der Zugangscode zum Schlüsselkasten kam erst 1-2 Tage vor dem Einzugstermin, das ist eindeutig zu spät. Ich bin 76 Jahre alt und meine Frau 82. Wir sind keine Computer-experten und froh, wenn der Blechdepp das tun, was wir wollen. Das war unsere erste Internetbuchung und hatten daher auch Angst, ob alles seriös abläuft. Es gibt ja mittler-weile sehr viele Betrüger im Netz. Da wir immer mit dem Womo fahren und davor und danach uns einige Tage dranhängen, wae es schwierig, an den Schlüsselcode zu kommen. Das nervt. Wir bevorzugen nach wir vor die alt-gewohnten Kommunikationsweisen. Wir essen auch noch analog und nicht digital. Trotzdem waren wir mit dem Ferienhaus sehr zufrieden. Es war alles sauber und mit mehr ausgestattet, als nötig gewesen wäre.

Trop froid

Logement correct, propre mais pas du tout adapté en hiver. Le chauffage fonctionnait peu même avec une couette et un plaid nous étions frigorifié. Très peu d'extérieur qui donnent sur la rue et quant à la piscine ne fait pas partie du logement et 10 euros par personne à ajouter au prix de la location qui je trouve excessif

Schöner Ulaub in Motillot/Bonnes vacances à Motillot

Wir waren zu dritt in diesem gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Umgebung hat viel zu bieten. Wer im Sommer kommt, sollte auf jeden Fall das musikalische Angebot in der Kathedrale und in der Cité de la Voix in Vezelay wahrnehmen. Es lohnt sich. Nous étions trois dans cette maison de vacances bien équipée et nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise. Les environs ont beaucoup à offrir. Si vous venez en été, ne manquez pas l'offre musicale de la cathédrale et de la Cité de la Voix à Vezelay. C'était génial.

Leuk en proper vakantiehuis

Het vakantiehuis huis is ruim, proper en met de nodige voorzieningen. De kamers kunnen wel erg warm worden. Een hor of vliegenraam zou goed zijn om de kamers 's nachts te kunnen afkoelen. Het zwembad dat op de foto's is afgebeeld is niet bij het huisje zelf, maar wat verderop. Het moet ook gereserveerd worden en je betaalt er ter plaatse wat extra voor. Dit was voor ons niet duidelijk bij het boeken.

Gemütliches Haus, leider mit ein paar Unannehmlichkeiten

Keine Frage, das Haus ist schnuckelig und heimelig eingerichtet. Die Spülmaschine wurde nie ersetzt und funktioniert nicht. Das hat man uns in der Mitteilung vor Anreise geschrieben. Die Gartenmöbel sind leider mega unbequem,um länger darauf zu sitzen, geschweige denn gibt es so etwas wie Sitzkissen für die Stühle oder einen Sonnenschirm um überhaupt draußen sitzen zu können. Ich hatte angerufen, jedoch hab ich Marie-Luci nicht erreicht und wurde auch nicht zurückgerufen. Der Garten ist auf die Straße raus, ohne Sichtschutz, was ich als Urlauberin schon sehr schade finde. Da an dieser zwar wenig befahrenen Straße, trotz allem Menschen fahren und von 4 Tagen Urlaub, bei uns 2 Tage lang ein kleiner Bagger mit Signal direkt vor der Tür entlang ist, war es wenig erholsam draußen zu sitzen…sehr schade Gut, auf den unbequemen Stühlen, in der prallen Sonne hält man es eh keine 5 Min aus! Die Wohnzimmer Couch ist leider super durch gesessen auf einer Seite, ich kann mir 4 Menschen im Wohnzimmer schlicht nicht vorstellen, wie die es bequem haben sollen. Die Betten sind O.k. Für mich waren sie nix. Das Haus ist abartig laut, wenn man oben läuft und unten einer sitzt, denkt man der stellt gerade alle Möbel um. Wirklich schade! Ich habe mich zudem auf die Aussage am See verlassen. Der nächstgelegene ist über 30 min Fahrt entfernt, das ist für mich in See Nähe aber nicht am See! Wer unbedingt W-LAN braucht, sollte einen eigenen Hotspot haben. Sonst kaum Empfang.

Jolie maison accueillante et spacieuse. Bien équipé sauf la machine à laver la vaisselle était en panne. Jeux de société, livres et DVDs dispo pour les locataires. Superbe piscine couverte à proximité. Je conseille de faire les courses à Avallon car peu d'épiceries à proximité. Voisins dans le village sympa.

Mise au vert à Montillot

Quelques jours de mise au vert à Montillot qui nous ont permis de nous faire de bons souvenirs. Nous avons séjourné dans une maison très agréable, bien équipée avec des hôtes disponibles. L’accès à la piscine couverte et au jacuzzi est un vrai plus en cette saison. Bref, encore un bon séjour dans ce beau Morvan.

Fußweg nach Vezelay

Zum 2. Mal war ich in diesem kleinen, nicht besonders bemerkenswerten Örtchen und war wieder begeister. Die Landschaft, die Ruhe und vor allem die Nähe zur wunderbaren Basilika in Vezelay sind immer wieder ein Grund, dorthin zu reisen. Ca. 7 1/2 km durch Wald, über Feld und Flur gelangt man nach Vezelay, zu Fuß, nachhaltig, ohne Auto. Herrlich!

Charming guest house

We loved our stay at this nicely updated property. It was very spacious, nicely decorated and plenty of seating for both dining and relaxing. The large kitchen was well equipped. We made use of the washing machine and handy drying rack in the main bath. All in all it was nicely located to Vezelay, Clamecy, Asquins and much more.

Maison agréable et accueillante. Bien disposée. Quelques lacunes : nous aurions grandement apprécié un four à micro-ondes et un grille-pain. Les robinets de la baignoire sont surprenants, voire dangereux; un mitigeur serait le bienvenu. Mais ce sont des détails qui n'ont pas gâché notre séjour. JFP

Charmantes Haus in dörflicher Idylle

Das Haus ist liebevoll hergerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. In der Umgebung lassen sich unzählige schöne Orte mit dem Fahrrad (oder auch zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto) erkunden.

Hübsches Häuschen mit kleineren Beanstandungen

Das kleine, renovierte Häuschen liegt in einem ruhigen Dorf und ist hübsch eingerichtet. Für 4 Personen bietet es ausreichend Platz. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Im Umkreis gibt es zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten. Über einen Wanderweg gelangt man in etwa 1,5 Stunden ins herrliche Vezelay. Eine Bäckerei liegt um die Ecke. Eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung verhinderten folgende Punkte: Die nebenan wohnenden Vermieter waren sehr reserviert. WIFI funktionierte quasi überhaupt nicht. Sämtliche Stühle waren zum längeren Sitzen ungeeignet. Die Spülmaschine war defekt; dies wurde am Tag der Anreise (ohne ein Wort des Bedauerns)mitgeteilt, aber von einer Reparatur war nicht die Rede und sie wurde auch nicht veranlasst. Tassen (es waren sage und schreibe 4 vorhanden!), Teller und Besteck müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden.
