Located on the 4th and last floor with elevator, east-west orientation with large balcony of 10 m2 directly overlooking the port with an extraordinary view. This 50 m2 apartment has a closed garage in secure underground parking, very close to the elevator providing access to the accommodation. Master bedroom with double bed and direct view of the port, children's bedroom with two bunk beds, low mezzanine for sleeping two people (two 80 cm mattresses).

agréable et confortable appartement avec vue sur le port sur l'ile des pécheurs

Location 3 semaines en aout 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Situation de l'appartement: dans une résidence familiale calme avec piscine, cette appartement se trouve au 4éme étage avec une vue très agréable sur le port. situé à moins de 10 minutes de la plage et du marché vers la capitainerie, on trouve sur l'ile des pécheurs une boulangerie, un SPAR et quatre restaurants, ce qui est fort appréciable pour faire quelques courses d'appoint sans prendre la voiture. L'appartement est confortable avec sa cuisine ouverte, sa terrasse donnant sur le port, un grand lit et deux lits superposés. Nous trouvons sur une petite mezzanine deux couchages supplémentaires. L'appartement est propre, équipé d'une climatisation, de grandes baies coulissantes qui sont isolées phoniquement, il est équipé d'un lave linge et d'un lave vaisselle , ce qui est très confortable pour les vacances. Orienté EST OUEST, nous avons pu apprécier de magnifiques couchés de soleil. A noté que nous avons profité du garage deux voitures situé à coté de l'ascenseur. Les propriétaires sont des personnes charmantes et agréables. Je recommande cette location à tous. A bientôt

Appartement, très bien arrangé et bien situé (10/15min à pied des plages). Résidence familiale, piscine agréable, enfin que du positif et surtout la superbe vue sur la mer ! La proximité de l'île des loisirs n'est pas gênante grâce au double vitrage (et à la clim !) Propriétaire charmant, je recommande les yeux fermés.

Très bel appartement / Idéal pour l'été

Appartement idéalement situé, très belle vue et un véritable confort de vie dans une résidence conviviale, bien sécurisée et non bruyante. Les 2 plus incontestables sont le box double et la vue de la terrasse... La piscine et le tennis sont des atouts également indéniables... Allez-y les yeux fermés...

Très bonne ambiance. "-" : Manque un four. Climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Dormir les fenêtres ouvertes à proscrire...
