Charming, quiet house in the middle of the forest, 15kms from the ocean
It is a poetic place, which charms and seduces, those who like to meet with family or friends to share the joys of nature, far from everything.
The huge forest is on your doorstep, and if you fancy a beach, the ocean is 14kms away.
The ground is 5000m ² but in the absence of fence according to the custom in the moors, the forest is yours.
The house of 130 m² includes:
1 living room dining room
1 small lounge
1 summer dining room
1 kitchen
2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140
1 room with your choice 2 bed of 80 or 1 bed of 160 (+1 bed of 70)
1 mini bedroom closed mezzanine with 2 beds in 80 rather for big children or young people.
1 bathroom
1 shower room
1 wc
1 dependency
The house is more for 6 people to be very comfortable than for 8 because the top room is less comfortable for adults.
TV only works for DVDs
The first village, Magesq, is 4kms and Léon (daily market) 8kms.
The nearest beaches are Moliets and Messanges.
A car is essential but it is very pleasant to walk by bike in the forest or on the many bike paths
The TGV (dax) is at 18kms
Bordeaux airport at 130kms and Biarritz at 60kms.

Maison très agréable en pleine forêt avec vue sur chevreuil, lièvres... Chemin d'accès un peu difficile mais une fois arrivé, séjour très agréable

Magique
Une semaine formidable même sous la pluie ! La nature est sublime et la maison exceptionnellement confortable et pleine de caractère. Les enfants jouaient dehors toute la journée ou dessinaient dans la salle à manger semi-extérieure quand il pleuvait. L'océan et les commerces étaient suffisament proches. On ne voulait plus partir ! Merci pour cette semaine géniale.
